Bryce inaccurate and horn is slow.
-
Horn got toasted. Was supposed to have deep safety help but still. He also threw a temper tantrum while the dude tripped and walked in to the end zone.
-
That's not true though. I addressed the point of you saying he went from Big Ben to Bryce. Sure people use body language to communicate it but individuals have their own body language and people have their own interpretation of it. There is a reason body language reading is a pseudoscience and it is in no way permissable in court or anywhere else that the accuracy of it affects important decisions.

It was more along the lines of screen, curl route, curl route. Where the receivers don't get open and then just stand there.

I think maybe that's part of being bad for years now? Push the players as people and become a fan of them that way and less about the football itself. I feel like if you are a regular championship contender you build the fan base by focusing on football, but we aren't that so have to go about doing it this way as a branding thing.

Yea I feel like over the years it has gotten less and less behind the scenes football stuff and x's and o's and more and more fluff to learn about the players personalities and stuff like that. I'm not saying it was bad but I personally don't care to watch two players play madden randomly. This episode basically covered the entire preseason. They had all kinds of content they could have used but they barely covered any football stuff at all.

Weigman for A&M is my sleeper to be the #1 qb by the end of the season. Broke is foot last season and only played 4 games and was still having trouble with it in spring game. If it's healed he has big potential. Going against what looks like a tough defense tonight.

Panthers add four more to the practice squad

You think this roster is worse than last year? I don't see that at all. I'm not saying we will be good, but I don't see how the roster is worse overall. -

I was really surprised they didn't bring back Demani Richardson. -
Hopefully Coker and Demani Richardson as well.

Nine players signed to practice squad

Hopefully they get Coker and Demani Richardson added and they don't get claimed. -
The way people want to make everything negative to fit their opinion here is ridiculous. Is Bryce going to be a good quarterback? Who knows, maybe not. Does that mean everything positive ever said about him, or if he plays well in a preseason game, that that has to be twisted in to a negative somehow every single time? Relax guys.

He was dated the #1 most underrated lol. Also for what it's worth Bryce was voted #3 most underrated.

I don't think he will magically be a lot better in 3 years time. If he wasn't a 5th year senior in college maybe, but he has played a whole lot of football.
-
His game has no quickness. Never has. He is fast in a long straight line once he gets going. Hopefully they find a role he is good at and he is a beast for us, but I have a lot of concerns with him which is why there were a lot of available wr I wanted a lot more.
-
He has looked awful before that game but to be fair Purdy was mr irrelevant very recently.
-
He went from Pickett/Rudolph/Trubisky to Young btw but congratulations on your mind reading/ body language expertise through a TV screen to confirm your opinions. You should definitely put that talent to good use. You could make millions.

Did Steve Smith influence Tepper into firing Frank Reich?
Tr3ach replied to hepcat's topic in Carolina Panthers
Mingo's best position is a big slot, which doesn't really work with our personnel. He got thrown into a situation he was totally unfamiliar with last season. -
I agree actually. This was the first preseason game where we actually did a little bit of an offensive playbook instead of generic vanilla preseason plays, and the entire offense looked much better. It was creating open receivers. Heck it even made Plummer not look terrible.

He was a 5th year Sr. If he can't get pro ready this season then he isn't going to.

Panthers Greatest 1-year Wonders List
Tr3ach replied to Dingo_ate_Babies's topic in Carolina Panthers
He was bad that season and seemed just as bad for the locker room. I remember him trying to throw Jake under the bus for throwing some picks that he didn't fight for at all and would break behind the cb on routes he was clearly supposed to break in front. I remember a big one in the end zone.
