So normal?
-
Oh they'll just hide or pretend they never said those things. Just like they swore up and down others would do.
-
At this point in time. It's not close. Could become arguably the worst trade of all time.

Frank Reich has to be absolutely laughing his ass off.
-
18 passing yards lol

How are people just now realizing Shaq Thompson is washed? Love the guy on a personal level. But we've paid him more than Luke Kuechy through his career so far. On field results not even in the same universe. Sucks but that's what it is.

It was always Stroud or AR for me. Just cannot pick at 1 and pass up top tier arm talent. We did. We faceplanted.

Honestly inexcusable given what the org put the fans through last year. They made Bryce as comfortable as possible from the jump til now and look what the fanbase is left with. Dan Morgan deserves heat for it.
-
Left the huddle for 2 months because I was told I was too negative and this is what I get from the first offensive play of the game. Some of ya'll need to show yourselves.

Well about that........

Secondary looking like cheeks so far.

14.5 million just over 1,000 career receiving yards in six seasons and quite literally nothing of note in his career to indicate more than a third stringer. I like Dan Morgan and have hope for him but seeing this guy continue to siphon money from our org reminds me of the fact that Dan's best friend was very high on Ian Thomas. He didn't exactly have a keen eye for talent. Move on already.

Idk if this is going to work but just seeing a young promising TE getting the starting nod immediately is a breath of fresh air from previous years. Folks who were here for Rivera know what I mean. Also I think this situation points toward a lot of upcoming involvement from Legette maybe not game 1 but definitely as the first stretch of the season progresses.

Time to Silence the Panthers Bot Again?
frankw replied to Luuuuuuuuuuke59's topic in Carolina Panthers
If we win the first game the bot can stay for now. If not......... -
Signed RB Dillon Johnson to the practice squad.
frankw replied to Leeroy Jenkins Ph.D.'s topic in Carolina Panthers
He plays motivated. I like the emphasis on RB depth. Honestly unless he just looks other worldly aka the complete opposite of last season I'd probably rather see anyone other than Miles Sanders. -
I don't see it being sustainable regardless of size. The hits are accumulative. 41 pass attempts and 16 rushes? If they want to compete for the championship they need to get Henry going. You signed a workhorse back let him work.

Well just remember this convo when there are fools going around here later this year rooting for McCaffrey and the Niners and you want to ridicule them for it. Bandwagon is bandwagon doesn't matter the excuse.
-
People are just reactionary it's always been that way and comes with the territory. But it's one thing to critique a player that has 16 starts worth of tape to analyze and a completely different matter to label a rookie WR a bust before he's even played one regular season game. That's just stupid.

Not gonna tell you how to live your life bro. But wearing the jersey of a different team that also happens to be a perennial playoff contender is some childish teenager bandwagon ish my guy.
-
Didn't you try to flex here about hiding out as a Ravens fan? Weak.
-
@CamWhoaaaCam are you wearing a Ravens jersey?
-
The question of the validity of the timeout aside. Really no excuse for Lamar not to get a touchdown there. Entering into overrated territory and I say that as someone who appreciates his game. This is a must win to make a statement if he is to ever truly compete for a championship. Even Joe Flacco went on a run to a Lombardi cmon.

Bad roster bad coaching. It's been one mess to another for this team. I don't think anyone will disagree with these things. But then you have Sam Darnold who had both CMC and Moore and still stunk. Coaching wise he wasn't getting any favors either having had Adam Gase and Matt Rhule to work with consecutively. That's pretty rough. Then he finally got the chance to work with someone who is amongst the best in the league like Kyle Shanahan and even he gave up. Sometimes you just have to admit that a guy is simply not good enough to be a starter regardless of circumstances. Unfortunately it isn't a one size fits all. Luckily we are only 4 days away from having some kind of answer to our quandary.

In terms of situationally when looking at the roster and coaching around them here yes they compare but when you look at everything else it doesn't jive. Baker always had adequate arm strength and a good deep ball going back to college. The prerequisite physical strengths necessary were never in doubt. But even with Baker he still has to shake the one year wonder label like he had with Cleveland. He has to take the next step this season too.
