  1. Numbers only tell part of the story everyone with eyes saw him throw a check down behind the line of scrimmage with a playoff game on the line. No one with any self respect or awareness would compare that to Joe Burrow except talking head bros looking for clicks. He isn't without talent but his playoff rep is what it is.
  2. Interceptions were always going to be in the cards with a young QB. The question is the mental make up and ability to bounce back and tune out the mistakes. So far from what I can tell Bryce has that trait. Just have to let him develop and take his lumps that all rooks experience along the way.
  3. I for one very much appreciate the updates from OP and have awarded them a vast amount of pie for their efforts. Anyone that has a problem with that can kindly... 9a9e94ca-3a3b-4bcb-99c4-63bad71cddd6.mp4
  4. 9 out of 10 Panthers fans want Jaycee to ball out even if they are skeptical. Only a few trolls have an opposing viewpoint so the rabble rousing about armchair GM's is a waste of keystrokes.

  6. If the convo is about the position having become increasingly devalued as a whole there will be no disagreement from me. If the convo is about us giving Sanders a decent contract and that being at all comparable to that albatross extension we signed McCaffrey to without a starting QB then I will have to say this is a silly thread. The highest his cap hit will go within the next 4 years is 8.1 million. Let's see the guy play and go from there. I think we'll like him.
  7. I can only go by the things he says. He does sound sincere. From a human standpoint I hope he gets himself on and stays on the right track. It would be great to see him turn this from a negative into a positive and go on to spend the next several years competing for this franchise. TBD is all anyone can say right now. We shall see.
  8. I forgot he played for the Saints. Yuck. But regarding a super bowl loss the passage of time helps put things into better perspective. We did not lose either of our two appearances because of one single play. The folks who hone in on the Kasay kick or the Newton fumble are just being emotional and ignorant. Which unfortunately is very common in general in sports fandom.
  9. They were both dreadful being honest. By the way Andy Dalton is also in that top ten worst all time single game passer rating list I mentioned. I don't want to see him playing nothing against him personally I can appreciate he's filling a mentor role so to speak. That's fine but that's all I need.
  10. You could call Darnold a high end backup too. Still don't want to see Dalton playing any meaningful amount of time here. If we're to the point where that's under any level of consideration we're doomed. In the meantime if it were up to me I would be giving Young and Corral the first and second team snaps through camp and preseason.
  11. In our final game of the season last year he lost to Darnold who finished the game with one of the ten worst passer ratings of all time. Pretty sure we already know the answer to that.
  12. Training camp needs to hurry up and get here already.
  13. The rage fest when he signs the new contract will be most enjoyable.
  14. Just saying but if it's okay for kids to watch an athlete nearly die on the football field (Damar Hamlin) in a game ultimately only meant for entertainment I think a random sex toy photo isn't going to scar them mentally.
  15. Some Panthers fans went to bat for Gettleman like he was their father. Those were interesting times.
  16. It's about damn time they showed out some. Kudos to Miller he came to play we need that mentality.
  17. I really hope to see Brian ball out this season and unite the fanbase so we can end the ongoing hate parade that has become trendy around these parts.
  18. It's amusing seeing folks argue about who loved Bryce Young before anyone else. One of the main ones didn't even hop on the Young wagon until the vegas odds fully shifted toward him. Maybe take a step outside in the sunlight from time to time guys.
  19. We are the worst and no it isn't close. It's to the point where I'm actually feeling guilty for being so hard on James Borrego.
  20. I had a Keyshawn jersey. I still remember the fanfare from that signing with folks having such high hopes. But in the grand scheme of things he's one of the more tame Panthers failures compared to what we've seen in the last decade.
  21. There are people who do this. But you are quick on the draw yourself with the poo reactions over just about any disagreement so this will fall on deaf ears to many. I reserve that particular reaction for the worst of the worst like bigotry or just extremely low class shitposting that embarrasses the broader fanbase. Maybe give that a try 🫡
  22. We can argue about these players. But this coaching staff is just comically awful. They don't belong in any ranks not even junior high.
  23. 20.5 FG% for the Hornets. Think I'm going to do my eyes a favor and skip the second half.
