  1. Bryce really threw behind the line of scrimmage on third down AGAIN this late in the game?
  2. If you don't agree that's fine. Don't accuse others of being emotional when you are leading with it yourself if you are downplaying Bryce Young's putrid passing performance. As of right now Bryce Young is sitting on 5 yards per pass attempt late in the game which is the worst in the league.
  3. The refs are crap and go against us frequently I agree. But the lame play this late in the game setup the whole series of events.
  4. Well we got Chuba hurt playing with a weak passing game so hope it was worth it to some of you.
  5. Throw behind the line of scrimmage gets Chuba banged up who then fumbles. Get. Bryce Young. Out. Of. Here.
  6. It's a passing league. Games like these we can lean on Chuba but against better teams they take the run away every single time because everyone knows us.
  7. Does anyone actually think 17 points was going to be enough to win in this league even against the Giants? We're barely holding onto a 3 point lead against a Daniel Jones led team. There is zero excuse for Bryce and the offense to waste this one away. Go out there and win the damn game.
  8. Bryce Young right now in this game is sitting on 5.4 yards per pass attempt which is his average for the season which is only better than Deshaun Watson and Jacoby Brissett amongst all current qualified passers.
  9. Chuba Hubbard is the engine just like last week. Any jag QB can manage the game with that against worst teams in the league.
  10. We're sitting on 10 points against one of the worst offenses in the league.
  11. Between this season and last season we've scored 30 or more points only 3 times and 2 of them was with Andy Dalton who is a washed up backup at best. I like Bryce Young. I genuinely would like to see him become a franchise QB here. But my goodness the offense as a whole is so limited with him and everything absolutely everything has to go right for him just to score 20 points. Inject some life into this QB room already ffs.
  12. Per usual Bryce and the offense get in the end zone once and then poof. We are going to get molly whopped in some of these upcoming games.
  13. If someone can dig up his career numbers on third down I'd like to see it.
  14. Offense starting to slow down already and the second quarter just started. Typical.
  15. That was a super close nice throw on 2nd down. Good heads up on play on third down from Bryce. Credit where it's due. Nice drive. Now to see if they pack it in after the one touchdown drive. Drop 30 on these bums.
  16. https://www.si.com/nba/hornets/news/mark-williams-inactive-streak-has-reached-a-record-breaking-length- I didn't quite realize it has been that long. That's wild. So at this point is it a drive issue? Does he want to play basketball? I don't like asking these questions of young players but after Gordon Hayward I feel like it's a topic we can't shy away from either. Regardless after this season we need to make moves surrounding our young stars Ball and Miller with a legit big man that wants to win like they do. If it isn't Williams so be it.
  17. I don't care who wins just put up a fight and don't get outcoached.
  18. Imagine coming to a message board dedicated to an NFL team that has the worst win percentage in all of professional sports since the owner bought the team and wailing to a bunch of working stiff fans that the same owner is being canceled.
  19. First off. 99% of the people in this fanbase want to have a good team to root for and be happy doing so. One thing that irks me and this is not directed at OP necessarily but just an observation in general. People who point out the negativity and ignore the elephant in the room that is the win percentage of this franchise. Worst in pro sports. The fans go as the team goes. Such is life. Now on to the subject at hand. Most people myself included would accept incremental improvement while we develop what will become our core. Just give us a break from the embarrassing top to bottom blowout losses. One thing that cannot be understated is no matter how Bryce Young plays the rest of the season. If there's one thing that could make me just tune out from this team altogether it's another year of making little to no effort at bringing in competition at QB. No. More. Coddling. We need a second and maybe even a third plan. Look at the Falcons they paid Cousins and still drafted a first round QB. People here clowned them but at least they had a real plan and didn't just kiss Kirk's ass.
  20. I don't expect much from him on that front. But I've been surprised before. Not going to talk trash because the Panthers could just as easily lay an egg and get trounced.
  21. To win that convincingly minus Bridges Richards and Williams shows the growth this team is making under Charles Lee. Miller and Ball are going to be a hell of a combo over the coming years.
  22. I get your point on the surface and obviously agree he like any other human being should have a personal life and time to himself but seeing him mentioned in the same breath as current or future hall of famers is beyond tiring. It's been happening since before we drafted him. Luke Kuechly is a rare breed. How about we just let Bryce prove himself better than one of the three current worst statistical passers in the entire league?
  23. There is merit to the points you're making here. On the flip side one could argue it took us investing 150 million in the oline for him to have a breakout season. And he has still yet to hit 1k rushing yards in a season. As far as Brooks goes the position does not require that significant of a draft investment for many other teams. That's not being negative it's just a matter of fact. The 49ers did quite well with a UDFA running back while McCaffrey was out. It is understandable that some people have concerns. That being said it boils down to whether or not you believe in the player. We just have to see what happens with him and Brooks.
  24. Of course it's ultimately on the Panthers. At the same time him engaging in that deception should null and void any claims of having anything be unfair at this level. He willingly played the system to get picked #1. He got what he wanted.
