  1. How is this a fresh identity? You want Cam 2.0. That's not fresh, it's old and doesn't taste very good anymore.
  2. LSD??? No way. I'm not buying this.
  3. Drugs and a gun tho. He either had them or he didn't. It's not an accusation.
  4. He can't hold his hand out like this because he has a weird thumb
  5. Besides the fact that TB isn't that stupid. Miami already traded away their picks anyway. What could they even offer?
  6. He was drafted by the Cardinals specifically because he was supposed to be the perfect fit for their offensive scheme. I don't believe he is a plug and play fit on just any team.
  7. My point is that he reminds me a lot of RG3. Both ran about the same, they about about the same size. RG3 was a better passer imo and Corral has already been injured. Their playing styles are very similar. My biggest fear about drafting Corral is the same that I had for RG3 and that is he won't last long in the NFL if he continues to play that way. He'll end up like that pancake.
  8. I still can't believe how much and how many people consider Pickett not the best QB in this class but also a great prospect in any other year. Without getting into the mechanics, which are definite strengths, he had 47 total TD! He had over 4700 yds! He set ACC passing records and broke Marino's school record at Pitt. He was a champion. He ran a pro-style offense. And yet, he's called not worthy and the 2nd best QB in this year's draft to a guy who was pretty good at the mighty Liberty. I don't get the idea that we should draft a guy who has some magical "higher potential". We then have to believe that he will first, equal the level of play of the guy we are passing over. Next, we have to believe that when he reaches the level of play of the guy we are passing over, that he will surpass that level of play. So, we are basically expecting the kid from Liberty, to improve two steps, to reach that next level instead of drafting the other guy and only asking him to improve 1 more step to reach that next level. In any other year this guy would be hailed in the media for his story alone. If he were in last year's draft, would the Jets have taken the BYU kid over Pickett? With all the hype that went into that class? I'm not so sure about that. The kid from New Jersey with 47 tds and 4700 yds coming to New York Jets or the kid from BYU?
  9. I have no idea but if they do intend on making an Eagles like splash then that would mean a lot of picks I'd imagine. Unless they want Pickett and only have to jump us. Giants would like to do a deal too. Or they don't believe the Lions want him, we will draft Pickett and then they only have to jump the Seahawks. I personally think they'll wait till teens before making any moves for a QB. Willis may be there later. Let's see what Corral does and who's there.
  10. I can't help but wonder if the Lions being interested in Willis at 2 is connected to the Steelers planning to make a pre draft splash like the Eagles did to get Wentz?
  11. I disagree with the very popular idea that somehow Pickett has already reached his potential and couldn't also have a higher potential. We have a QB coach as an OC and a very well respected QB coach. He had a breakout season last year running a pro style offense. It looked like something clicked and he killed it. Why can't he be taught more and be able to improve his game to a higher level? The guy is smart and known for being a hard worker. Much like other young QBs having success early in the NFL, I think Pickett has that same, high potential.
  12. I've read that he had a good day (unsurprisingly) but I couldn't watch. Did his receivers run the difficult routes too?
  13. Doesn't listen to his dad. Major red flag in my house.
  14. Yeah it's the old scrambler vs runner debate that some people don't understand the difference. A scrambler buys time to make a pass and only runs if no other options are available. A runner won't spend much time looking for a pass once they take off but will just run. Runners often actually get called to make run plays more than scramblers do and usually have accuracy problems. I like to call them Running QBs and Throwing RBs. Makes it easier to understand the difference.
