System/scheme, staff, skill positions all (normally) have to match for QB to truly flourish. Sam, Geno, and Baker are three of many many players that have gone to another team and played better. We just haven’t had everything needed to surround a QB for that QB to be successful.

yeah darnold would've def worked here. All we needed was a top 10 offensive coach, top 3 WR, complimentary good to great #2 Wr, etc. etc.

I don't think its crazy, i just think it is large. I could see it being about 4.5 to 6.5. But this does feel like bait for bad betters like myself to take us to cover lol

We judge a player based off their play. If all they have as far as history is their rookie year, that's all we have to go of of. BUT we all include the fact that he's a rookie in our minds and analysis. We hope he gets better. Im not standing on the side of he is a bust and i don't think anyone is. As he improves so will the general opinion of said player.

im really surprised the line opened at 8.5 seems large to me.

The only person on that list that makes sense to me is crumedy. He is only recently healthy and available to play. The others they have had time to see in practice and likely somewhat know who they are. Maybe add velus to that list but only in return situations as we will need to figure out our kick/punt return situation in the offseason. Richardson has already had plenty of playing time so i expect that to continue.
