  1. I disagree. It’s not hard to double a WR and still play the run. It’s called a bracket which you can use with a drop down safety or an OLB. Look up how it’s done. Also in obvious passing situations, doubling a wr is not hard. Falcons torched us in obvious passing situations time after time. 2 min drill, 3rd and long to where there’s no excuse to not focus more on Drake London. Mooney was out. London was the only WR Penix was looking at. Evero simply can’t make adjustments. He’ll most likely be fired next year. Wish we would’ve just ripped the bandaid off this year. To call all people morons who think we can do better than Evero is a very ignorant and arrogant statement. Who the hell are you?
  2. Some of you who are not sold on Canales are insane. His main purpose was to turn around Bryce Young’s career and he did that. Of all of the teams in the top 10 of the NFL draft, we were the team that was consistently showing the most fight week in and week out. Our players never quit on the season. The offense which he is responsible for took a huge step forward compared to last year, despite the lack of skill talent that we have. It was our defense that was a mess. That’s one of my critiques on Canales. He should’ve gotten rid of Evero and hired his own DC that shares the same vision. But as a whole, I can’t see how people are not pleased with what Canales did with this team. I’d give him an 9/10
  3. It looks like there’s a big drop off after the seventh pick. Of course we have the eighth pick. Just our luck. Let’s hope that someone reaches for a prospect outside the top 10.
  4. No way Carter or Graham falls to us so we might as well stop talking about them. Beating the Falcons destroyed that dream. We’ll end up with a player like Nic Scourton. Hopefully Wll Johnson will be there. I don’t see Dan Morgan taking a WR in b2b 1st rounds even though I’d love T-Mac
  5. Not a fan of this. One of the most important traits for a good DC is in game adjustments and Evero is horrible at that. Offenses attacked us in the same exact way all game long throughout the entire season. Yea, I get that we lacked personal but a simple bracket, doubling a WR for example isn’t hard to do.
  6. Brady, Mike Jackson, tremble, JJ, Shaq can stay.
  7. That’s what I’m thinking. People keep clamoring for Salah but he’ll be the hug DC name on the market this year. No top DC candidate with many options will choose this defense to coach
  8. I’d rather not bring back a former HC. That’s like taking back your old college GF when you’ve both had unsuccessful marriages.
  9. Fair. I was just hoping the Falcons win the coin toss and score on us. Best of both worlds.
  10. Falcons are definitely my most hated NFC South team. This might be hilarious
  11. If Bryce had more arm strength on that 1st down throw it’s completed
  12. Can Bryce stop throwing swing passes when there are plays to make downfield? Give XL a chance to make a play like Penix is doing. Damn it. So fustrating
  13. I’m starting to think secondary should be our main focus in the draft. It’s disgraceful
  14. I know I said I hope we don’t draft Carter but after watching him play in person, he has one the quickest first steps and bend around the edge from an edge rusher that I’ve seen in quite some time. He could be our Von Miller. I know he hurt his ankle, but before he went out, he was causing a lot of disruption vs Boise. Drew a holding penalty. SMU couldn’t block him. Oregon couldn’t block him. I love Graham, but pass rush is king. We can find a DT in the 2nd or 3rd that can help our run D. It’s a deep class for DT’s as well. Ty Robinson (Nebraska) would be a great pickup in the 3rd
  15. I watch a lot of Broncos games and Javonte Williams is horrible. Broncos fans agree. He is so slow, not explosive. Doesn’t break tackles like he did in college
  16. Am I the only one who’s never overly impressed with Malaki Starks when I watch him play?
  17. Of course we pick up the option. Why make LT an issue when we have so many other holes to fix? That’s insane
  18. So what’s your plan if Chuba goes down? No one is saying to use an early round pick on a RB, but to use a 4th or 5th round pick on a backup RB when our offense is built around the run game in one of the deepest RB drafts of all time is not a crazy idea.. Did you watch how bad our RB’s are behind Chuba last week?
  19. I’d rather draft a RB in the 4th round in a super deep RB draft than wait for an UDFA. A 4th round RB in this deep of a class is more comparable to a low 3rd round RB in most drafts since not all teams will be looking for a RB. Great value. The chances of Chuba staying healthy all year as our primary weapon is unrealistic. So many great RB’s that will fall to the 4th that wont feel like a huge drop off when he’s in the game compared to what we witnessed this past week. We should use our Mingo pick on one of them.
  20. Just crazy how we drafted a RB in the 2nd round last draft instead of waiting on one of the loaded RB drafts of all time. Such a lack of foresight
