  1. Thats the entire point. Not to mention he had plenty of touches. Heck his rushing yards are just short of the leading receivers yardage. He was the second most productive player in the team in yards and we'll above the third place. How does he remotely qualify as a TD vulture?
  2. Talking poo about either won't affect anything. The decision nor the outcome
  3. It's rather pathetic that this has devolved in to tearing one guy down to make the other look better. It was like 1 week ago when everyone said they'd be happy with either. Human nature
  4. Same was said about Alabama until last few years and that's still not completely settled.
  5. Dalton looking to retire in Charlotte like everyone else.
  6. There are 2 void years that allowed bonus be be spread over 4 years.
  7. Asking price would be less for a team with a higher selection. Trading down to 9 requires more than trading down to 3.
  8. Our 4-12 season was 4 years before Hurney became GM
  9. Good signing. He was one of the top 2 or 3 options for a vet backup. No complaints
  10. Faking broken bones is a bold move.
  11. It's too easy for an NBA star to cherry pick their way to championships. It's not particularly impressive
  12. It's mind boggling that people are arguing against a veteran backup for a rookie QB
  13. It seemed likely to come from one of these
  14. Somebody here who was arguing for Young. Can't remember. You don't need to make up obvious falsehoods to bring down one guy to support your preference. They are both good qbs.
  15. Somebody the other day said he was a 1 read QB. This certainly puts that to bed
  16. People her haven't heard of him because they don't pay much attention to actual games. His signing doesn't mean they don't do other things.
  17. Fortunately the people who are in these positions are able to think about and manage more than one need at a time. Asynchronous multitasking a little better than getting stuck on only thinking about a WR
  18. Richardson would have looked like a silver spoon if he played in North Dakota.
  19. Still obviously need a backup.
  20. We still need a backup regardless. They do some things beyond just wait to be thrown in. Gabbert might not be an awful vet backup. He's soent time around Brady and I'm sure there's something he has learned about mindset and preparation that he can pass on. He's clearly in the backup zone
  21. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/free-agents/ufa/quarterback/available/ Brissett, Flacco, Dalton, Heinecke, Minshew. One of the first 3 for being veterans would be preferred

  23. I know he was considered a NT in their 4-3 and maybe he's just got the technique and strength to play it in 3-4 but I agree. He does seem to project better to end.
  24. Chinn lines up everywhere regardless of his listed position. He was 4th on the team in tackles and tied for 2nd in passes defended despite missing 6 games. If he's listed at linebacker he'll be an off ball linebacker. In ball linebackers are the outside linebackers in a 3-4 who's primary responsibility is to rush the passer. You seem to be confusing off ball/on ball with in the box concepts.
