  1. He built a great legacy prior to Vegas in both the college and pros, should just chill and consult moving forward.
  2. Yeah it’s only my outside view. He seems very attune to finding the right guys and fits.
  3. For me, it seemed bringing in Tillis to help guide the process was one of the biggest factors in avoiding our typical draft and FA blunders. Still dealt with coaching and personnel issues, but I think Brandt is a huge factor. It's another Beane situation.
  4. I’m just laying out some numbers. In no way correlating the situations haha
  5. Tepper should throw some money at J Gannon
  6. Wear it like a badge of honor. Want to know one of the other lowest ever differentials for a playoff squad? The 2014 7-8-1 Panthers -35 Let's go
  7. Agreed, this looks like a great draft class to take a stab at a Moton successor
  8. He’s on the Bonitto plan. Situational starting out, we’ll see if he can develop beyond that. Next year will be a big tell but shouldn’t hinder us from getting a legit proven compliment to Scourton.
  9. No particular order: OC, DC, ILB, OLB/EDGE, QB2, RB, NB, RT2, WR2/3, TE
  10. Most likely Tmac. Henderson is the maybe No one else really should be considered. Don’t see Shough happening and Egbuka was too quiet to close the season. T McMillan was the most consistent of them all production wise.
  11. Boswell and Loop clearly belong in the NFCS
  12. True, Evero's thing has been Cover 2 and 3 heavy. Playcalling wise, more simulated pressures than actual blitzes. Tends not to offer many real well-timed blitzes when they do happen. I think he's a good coach, came from a few great trees and seems to be a smart dude-- but as a playcaller, I find a lot to be desired.
  13. Evero was one of Morris' guys in LAR (just one year) so we do have a personnel and plenty of players he's familiar with. But for people who aren't fans of what we've been doing philosophically, then you probably don't want him.
  14. Giants - Open Titans - Open ATL - Open (Morris is out. ATL rejoices) Potential Outs: Vegas - Pete C is and done? Browns - Stefanski likely out? Tampa - It's not pretty there AZ - Is Gannon safe? Safe IND - Steichen confirmed, is deservingly safe IMO. CIN - Mike Sherman's son-in-law soinds safe yet again for CIN (rumored/yikes) NYJ - Glenn is all but confirmed to get a year 2 given the terrible QB situation Any sleeper candidates?
  15. DeJean and Frazier (among others too) though… they had their contingents (myself included). The team was so zeroed in on adding targets and we’ve barely used the two in R2 that draft (XL & Brooks) just crazy
  16. I can see Idzik being demoted via Tepper mandate but sticking on as AHC or some BS bc he’s so tight with Canales. And we get a new DC. And we get a more competitive backup QB. If all still flutters, we’re set for a retool in 2027
  17. Traded up into the 1st for a 4th round developmental talent over Ladd McConkey, Zach Frazier and Cooper DeJean. He may be our biggest 2nd WR blunder yet over DJ and Mingo lol
  18. He was part of Morgan’s network and was honestly the most promising guy willing to come here. Macdonald was my preference but he had his eyes set. Steichen was possible but we screwed that up in the Reich cycle. DC has been a part of good orgs, and worked his way into the big leagues with Pete. So some good ideas, philosophies, decent coaching approach come with him. But his actual implementation and decision making has been weak.
  19. I wouldn't typically call this out, but the amount of people wanting to keep Dowdle after his boom stretch was insane. He is nothing special and will be 28 next year. Next. Hubbard kind of blows. We have an out this offseason with him, I see it taken. Next. Onto another attempt at a committee. Draft/FA/Brooks/Etienne
  20. I was just saying that out of how obvious it is. Really need a guy that can cut and accelerate with that extra punch. Lemon would be a complimentary guy but doubt we go WR high yet again.
  21. He's much more Matt Moore or Carr level than the few guys who can say were at one point our franchise QBs. Collins/Steve/Jake/Cam. It sucks. But he's gonna be here next year so it's gonna be a whole thing again lol.
  22. We should honestly just cut XL this offseason. He's like AJ Jenkins level crap
  23. Player wise, I think XL, Corbett, Dowdle, Scott and Rozeboom's tenures have all effectively ended.
