  1. Names to watch on offense, staff wise: Mike Groh, Klayton Adams, & Tyler Boyles could certainly coming here. Maybe Parks Frazier. Those are the 4 in particular from his most recent staff I see closest to him. Definitely Groh & Frazier. It won't be a replica of the Indy staff circa 2021/22, but I imagine a few will surface on offense/his main dudes.
  2. I respect the guy, he left the shadows of Rhule in the rearview and kept things afloat. Landed our crashing plane quite nicely.
  3. VERY interested to see how he plans to deploy the offense. Is he going to craft it & play-call? Or is he going to find a younger guy to run with one built around his framework? And who would that be. His role in our offense & the OC hire becomes mission critical now. Hopefully he has some good dudes in mind.
  4. If you look at it from a lessons learned perspective for all parties involved (Reich, Fitt, Tepper), I gotta think we draft. I mean, Reich tried it with Wentz & Ryan. We tried it with Teddy, Darnold & Baker. Time to draft.
  5. It does. I'm slightly on the optimistic side, not really feeling strongly on either end of the spectrum. Pissed-------------------------Derp----(around here)-----------------Pleased
  6. And alrighty, already seeing who's all bent out of shape and who's over the moon. I think this hire will mostly garner a 5-6ish/10 on the optimism spectrum. Not this Not this More like this
  7. Hopefully his staff isn't all ancient ex-HCs.
  8. I don't mind Reich (really, not at all) but man, this has been the most underwhelming thing ever for how wide of a net we supposedly cast. This just feels like a such a strong overcorrection from grabbing a bust in Rhule, an unproven college rank hire to now a potential 2+ combo retread situation. I mean, we may get even more former HCs on this staff. Can't wait for the pressers once this anticlimactic situation settles.
  9. Both him and Jonathan Gannon have that going for them. If nothing moves by the end of week, we could very well just be holding our cards tight to the chest and the reporter speculation is just overblown. Even if we were unsure in chatting with him, I still think you HAVE to see how Shane's offense does against Demeco's defense. I just think it makes sense to have the focus where there are the best teams, leading trends in the league. We're able to hire right now any of the supposed final 3. Whoever Sheena, Albright, & Kaye have as their internal contacts/sources, the texts they're getting and turning into reports, I imagine, are all very calculated. You never really know until you know.
  10. Yeah, it was all quite weird. I mean, we're talking the AFCS, 3-3-1, with what's left of Matt Ryan as their QB. It's not like it was some situation that was falling by the wayside. Irsay directing the change to Ehlinger was just, very Irsay. Given their division winner ended up 9-8, who knows what would've happened if they stayed course with Ryan, Taylor & Pittman.
  11. The second everyone warms up to Reich here, I'm sure we'll get news that it's not happening.
  12. Bryce Young's google search history be looking like.. How to add lbs in a healthy way Should I consult a nutritionist or dietician on gaining weight How to maintain body fat while gaining weight
  13. Going on a very sensitive woke rant and making political generalizations out of absolutely nowhere after some minor, typical football forum spatting just ruined this entirely if it already wasn't.
  14. He loves hearing his own voice. All bark and they're really wimpy barks.
  15. With outlets like the Athletic, the Ringer, and ESPN saying we're the best opening, and claiming anonymous execs are saying we are the clear top landing spot for a good coach, and we're still not getting the mutual interest for the top tier candidates, it's telling me that something is just really not in alignment here. That being said, nothing is finalized and its all rumors as this point but the collective adjustment of expectations happening right now is deflating to say the least.
