  1. Sounds funny when you say it that way and almost impossible to predict that now but I would put money on you being correct and our season ended our first possession.
  2. Personally, I think he ends up improving slightly but nothing major that matters yet just enough to make them think that he gets next season as well. He perhaps has one good game and some mediocre games and some stinkers and is just enough to make us keep him next season but not enough to validate him being a number 1 pick. This will cause them to keep Bryce as starter next season up into about half way through at which time he is replaced by anyone and never starts again. I know, my scenario is sick and twisted but honestly the past number of years have been sick and twisted so this could be par for the course.
  3. I know what you mean. He deserves his chance and I think he will turn out okay but very concerning how piss poor we looked everywhere and ultimately it does have to fall on the coaches especially the head coach. If I see the team grow from there and get better week by week from a coaching aspect I will feel like it's going in the right direction but if we are at mid season and still looking this inept in all phases I am immediately going to be worried about our coaching choice. Until then I am going to support and believe at least our coach will improve weekly and immediately. He is no longer new to this now and has coached an NFL game so I want to see some growth like right now.
  4. I didn't hear much about hitting the weight room or meeting receivers and tight ends on the field to do any throwing so it really disappointed me. Maybe he did and nobody said anything but usually you hear something. All I heard from guys here is that he watched Netflix or something like that so maybe someone saw a story in him that said that?
  5. Wow seeing it again today makes me realize how bad of a throw that truly was. Nowhere even in the vicinity of the receiver
  6. I was very surprised. I guess I'm just an idiot but I actually believed with some protection and an off-season of preparation that Bryce may be able to achieve average QB in the league. I didn't expect the world and all I had hoped for was just an average starter with lots of help around him. Needles to say I was shocked and down and now feel like an idiot
  7. I don't believe he did. I have a feeling he is starting to learn to stay away a little more and I personally don't feel he did much meddling this off-season. Sometimes we just plain ol' suck even if we have Tepper as an owner and he is not meddling. His past meddling I think just set us up for some years of sub par play.
  8. So you are telling me that nobody out there or on any other team EVER mails it in and just goes through the motions? Got it. I'm just going by my own experiences. Played 4 years in the SEC, years in and out of Arena ball AF1 back when it was worth a poo then went into strength coaching and finally performance coaching on the side back at my alma mater. I have seen guys absolutely put their heart and souls into it and I've seen others and wondered what in the heck they were even doing out there because they did not give a damn. My father spent time on 4 teams in the NFL and one being the 85 Bears so as a kid I was around people who NEVER gave up like Walter Payton, Richard Dent and Mike Singletary and well pretty much every other damn player on that entire team of wild nasty scary bad asses but my dad if he were still here would say as well that he spent time in college and the pros with guys who believe it or not did not give a rats ass and were there to go through the motions and collect a pay check. It's really no different than any other job except these players are mostly freaks of nature (not Bryce) and don't make their living pecking away at a computer in a cubicle. Look at the computer peckers in the cubicle farms, some bust their asses and others are pretty much worthless and going through the motions. The NFL and EVERY team out there and EVERY professional sport is the same exact way. Growing up for whatever reason my dad was friends with a ton of pro wrestlers you've seen on TV and are legendary. Some cared and worked their butts off, others it was sunset a paycheck and they didn't give a damn. It's like that in every job and we as Panther fans to our team can and will have it as well. Guys get upset for various reason and just shut down. It happens in every job everywhere is all I'm trying to say. Unfortunately it's normal and there will always be some. I don't like that fact but it does exist.
  9. Dave is going to need a chance so more than one single game but some others like Bryce, yeah they have had enough games to show even SOMETHING redeemable
  10. I agree, I have no issues with Canales and think he shows promise as a coach. I'm not down on him at all for inheriting a situation to where they handed him a pair of new boots but sat them in 5 feet of dog poo and then said "swim with those boots on". Canales will be fine and would love to see what he could do with a QB that can ball
  11. Laughable and after the first possession it also became predictable. At one point I was laughing and predicting what awful outcome was next when he called hike.
  12. Allow me to retort. There appeared yesterday to be some players who did not care on the field like it or not unfortunately. The proof is in some of the individual players body language, lack of apparent fire, smiling after mistakes, giving up and refusing to chase down a WR who just beat them or even not seeming to care in their physical play and almost going through the motions just to get it done and over with sort of like when we were all young and took an ugly chick home from the bar. Once we were actually in "action" and realized how ugly she was, we just had to at that point go through the motions, knock them boots and get that lass on her ugly ass way out our door.
  13. This team is in need of a major enema from top to bottom starting with Tepper.
  14. I don't know he looked pretty dominant in the physical ability of throwing away from his targets by 10 feet and pretty physically dominant in the trait of throwing ints yesterday
  15. If you think thats beautiful, you should see me going in a rhino then. When I get my onlyfans up and running I will send you a link
  16. In all fairness nobody has 7 superbowls like Brady and thank you for welcoming me to life. I now feel as if I were just born again.
  17. It's hard to be a playmaker when the QB struggles to get he ball into a playmakers hands
  18. This one has won so far. Wow that's disturbing, much like our QB situation
