Im good for pickett but would rather give Darnold one last shot then make a decision on QB next year.

Well nothing other than 'i just fired him' would have made most of you happy. - Some positives I take from that statement is that we dont need to reach for a QB. - Rhule and Fitt can draft their board without drafting for the short term If we suck this year, Rhule will be gone. But as an owner you need to give assurances to your people that their jobs are safe until THE MOMENT you fire them or else they male dumb decisions.

I dont hate it. The guys at the top of the draft are exciting but never a sure thing. Also, if we draft a QB in the first round I'll buy the jersey and be their #1 fan. Im so tired of the negativity here. I'll drink the cool-aid on any player we draft. LFG!!

Im the forever optimist for this team i feel lately... But I think we are heavily discounting this teams ability to draft players. Say what you want about Rhule but Rhule NAILED his first draft. We got 4 starters in that draft and good depth. Last years draft felt underwhelming mainly because Horn didnt play, but Horn looked exceptional when he played. Marshall has big potential. Brady 'could' be a starter or a very good depth player nevermind Tremble. 5 guys in that draft played in almost every game. We had a good draft last year. I think we all agree we dont agree with how he played some of those players. But we selected good players. Add a 2nd year of Fitterer to the mix and let him work his magic. I think we will leave this draft with the right players. How we use this is another story but I think we have the right people on staff that can evaluate players.

I would rather pay 30M on a 1 year deal when it looks like he has his poo together rather than signing a 3 year 50 million. I get the price is high, but if hes ascending thats good. Now let him prove it one more time. Tag him a 2nd time if we have to. Him ascending is a good problem to have.

I mean tagging him would be one option, probably the best for both parties honestly.

I get what your saying but you need to hear yourself say it. "Say we make the playoffs as a wild card team" Thats fuggin awesome. Sam playing to his ceiling it the best possible out come we can home for.

Jackson is a great corner. We have a really good top 3 now. Potential to be top secondary in the NFL if people play to their potential.

o b v i o u s l y.. Horn was hurt most of the season. In THIS NFL you need at least 3 really good corners. You need 1 MLB. Horn will be great. Just you watch.

I ONLY got into F1 through Drive to survive. Now Ive watched the last 3 seasons and really enjoy it. This year is great. The new league year is a lot more competitive.

I dont live anywhere close to here and dont watch your local news, so Im unfamiliar with the situation. But reading the forum and a few news reports this is the gist I have gathered... correct me if Im wrong. Tepper and Rock Hill make and agreement that if he builds this facility here, then the City will contribute to the tune of $250,000,000. The agreement is made and construction begins. Suddenly Rock Hill is unable to fulfill their obligation. Tepper gets mad that they reneged and stops construction. Now they are negotiating. This is 'mostly' the case? If that is, then I don't get the Tepper hate.

I missed the most obvious example. Sam Darnold. Even BAD 1st round QB's hold value.

Honestly thats ok. 1st round QB's hold their value. Look at the recent example of Josh Rosen. Rosen was 1st round pick in 2018. Replaced by Murray the next year BUT still traded for a 2nd round pick. If we draft a QB this year AND draft a QB next year we will still recover value. (why am I suddenly in the defend drafting a QB camp!?...)
