It's going to be interesting to see what happens with the rental market when evictions start back full force. There's just not enough mortgages in trouble for foreclosures to make a big dent in the market IMO. But if there's all of a sudden lots of vacancies in the rental market with a shortage of well qualified renters, that'll be an interesting scenario. That could drive rent downwards and cool the demand on the real estate market by decreasing demand from landlords or would-be landlords. Then again, there's so much big corporate money in play right now I'm not sure that's likely to matter either. There are some big corporate interests with long-term plays to basically try to turn America into a renter society. They don't care if they overpay significantly today. They know they're still going to win big in the long run.

Not necessarily. Locker room impact comes into play. Coachability comes into play. If both guys are liabilities and we're talking about pocket lint in terms of cap implications, I'm going with the more coachable guy who is best in the locker room. At the end of the day, I think there's a decent chance that there's at least one OL on our final roster that comes off the waiver wire when other teams start paring down their rosters.

The cap numbers aren't big enough to factor into the equation. It's loose change in the couch.

What depth? He's looked completely terrible. If he's terrible and unmotivated there's no advantage to keeping him around. He's on the outside looking in on a roster spot right now IMO. If he's on the roster, it's because he got his act together and earned it.

Yeah, the big appeal of LS engines is that they're everywhere and being everywhere they're cheap and parts are plentiful. Tons of aftermarket performance parts too, but for my application I don't need that. I'll keep it stock.

100% I love CMC, but honestly I'd never put big money into a RB. That's a draft 'em, not pay 'em position IMO. Most just have too short a shelf life in the NFL. Sure, there are exceptions but betting on exceptions usually isn't a smart play.

Look what happened to us in the SB when we faced a team with the talent and chips at DC to exploit the weakness on our OL. Beasley and the Falcons paved the way in week 16. Von Miller and company just took that baton and ran with it in the SB. Rivera and Shula just thought week 16 was a fluke. It wasn't.

I do. Coming out of college, Ferrell looked like a prototypical 4-3 DE prospect who could rush the passer, stop the run, and hold the edge. Clemson's history of disappointing edge prospects is impressive. It's beginning to rival the USC WR streak or the Big 10 RB streak. We fell victim to both of those with Colbert and Biakabutuka.

What are these updates? I'm strictly an offline franchise mode Madden player making me the lowest priority of customers. I didn't buy last year's version. I generally buy every third year or so unless there's a significant change that hooks me, not some bullshit graphics animation upgrade or anything to do with online features. Franchise mode upgrades though? Now you have my attention. That part of the game has felt neglected for years. Honestly, it's regressed from years past.
