  1. The way Baker is playing today they might be better off if he's out.
  2. The only thing I'm not sure.about is if the elbow out of bounds or knee inbounds came down first. It's close.
  3. It's not a Panthers game without Jaycee Horn getting critical penalties in coverage.
  4. All the focus is on Bryce but the entire team is playing better as of late and Canales is doing a much better job schematically.
  5. Honestly, Ward is the only one I'd want and we probably won't be in position to draft him. Reaching on a QB just to draft a QB isn't smart.
  6. I just don't see it with Dart. I mean as a late rounder? Sure.
  7. Yeah, for Mack to pretend like he got the rug jerked out from under him mere days before he was planning to announce his retirement really soils his legacy IMO. It's a lie and it's not even a believable lie. You'd literally been saying in the days leading up to it that you planned to return next year and why would they fire you if you were planning to retire? It just doesn't add up.
  8. That's nice to see from Brooks. Quite a bit out of what should've been nothing.
  9. Ya know, it's probably not a great idea to have elderly people reffing football especially at the professional level.
  10. I don't think they wanted to risk him beating State and then having to fire him after winning his primary rivalry game. Better to just rip the bandaid off after a disappointing loss on the road when we were utterly uncompetitive. If they had a crystal ball and knew for sure we'd lose to State I'm sure they would've waited. It's whatever. It's Mack's fault regardless. He could've just retired. He had no plans to and he forced the university's hand so he needs to just shut up and quit whining about it.
  11. Mack Brown is starting to cry about how he was fired claiming he was going to retire all along but the school wanted it to be announced before the State game and he wanted to wait until after. Surely he doesn't think anyone believes that line of pure bullshit. The man had just been publicly talking about his plans to return next year. Seems pretty obvious they were trying to get him to retire and he refused then tried to pull a power move and talk about returning thinking they wouldn't be willing to fire him and he was wrong about that. Now he wants to play this victim bullshit. fug off Mack. That doesn't make a damn bit of sense that they'd fire you kete days before you were going to retire.
  12. Curious to see how we look for the first time in a long time. Keep moving in the right direction or come crashing back down to earth? We'll see...
  13. I desperately want to move on from Bryce and I'd still rather roll with Bryce than trade for Geno or sign him as a FA to start if he's released. That would just seem like waving the white flag and shooting for mediocrity as the ceiling.
  14. I'd honestly be surprised if it's Mullen. An older coach who has been out of coaching while working the broadcast booth for several years reliving his glory days? Sounds like a poor man's Mack Brown. Listening to what Bubba has been saying I think this hire is probably a younger coach who sells him on being able to operate in the new NIL/portal era, not a guy who has made his bones in a past era of college sports.
  15. LOL! Exactly my point. You always find a way to blame the strength of your team for not being stronger even though it's very obvious what's holding your team back. You're ranked #1 in the country in average points per game and average yards per game and you're ranked #75 in average points allowed and #111 in average yards allowed and yet damn near everyday you're on here making an ass of yourself bitching about how your offense isn't doing enough and how your QB is obviously not elite.
