    I'm assuming the former but we'll see. I can't honestly say I'd be shocked if it proves to be the latter.

    Folks are gonna panic about Shenault being inactive but he was just acquired a week ago. He's likely still learning the playbook and the staff is likely still working on carving out a specific role for him meanwhile being knee-deep in prepping for the Browns. I wouldn't read too much into it just yet.

    Weight gain is a common side effect of shingles. If he wants to blame the medication, whatever. Either way he seems to have addressed some things and looks a lot better for it. Good for him.

    He really does look a lot better. He looked like poo last year. Honestly, I was a bit concerned for him. I don't think he's the right guy to be coaching the Panthers but I don't wish him any ill.

    Yep, I'd say that definitely signifies that Smith is out. That sucks. I was looking forward to seeing him play and we could definitely use him against the Browns' running attack.

    Me too. We had an elite pass rush last year. I'd be okay with regressing to "good" in that category of it was to improve to "good" in the run stopping area.
