    The GM doesn't have anything to do with it once they hit the field. All I'm saying is that some promising looking rookies will still end up flopping and some guys that disappoint as rookies will turn out to just need a little more time to transition to the NFL. Trying to judge a draft class after 6 games is just not smart.

    TBD. We've had rookies in the past who underperformed but developed into good pros and other rookies who played really well only to fall off the map afterwards.

    Sure does feel like Fitts is kinda trying to recreate the Seahawks. They found a stud QB with a 3rd round pick (best of luck replicating that). OL? Meh, no need to invest there. Secondary? Yes, please! It's just crazy that we've never had a braintrust here that gave a single fug about heavily investing in the OL.

    If I'm a QB needy team this offseason, I think I'm waiting to see who Rhule and company want to target so that I can definitively know who I definitely do NOT want. Jesus, Teddy Bridgewater and Sam Darnold suck. What's most frustrating? Many of us saw it coming with both of them and our very highly paid decision makers didn't. Yikes.

    If we went with a vet, I either wanted to trade for Minshew or sign Trubisky. I thought either would've been a better option and they would've been much cheaper. And yes, I would've drafted Fields. We'll see how he ends up turning out.
