The Dolphins offense is just flat out off tonight. The Chargers' OL is terribad. I don't really follow the Chargers so I don't know what's going if they're injury riddled or what but this OL is trash.

A fluke fumble recovery TD and a CB falling down and the Dolphins have made this a three point game. Wild. They should be getting curb stomped the way they've played. Sometimes it really is better to be lucky than good.

Darnold attempted six passes today 5+ yards beyond the LOS. We have basically all but eliminated the forward pass from the playbook.

If we win out Wilks should get the job. But if we win out while basically minimizing the QB position McAdoo has to go. I just don't know if Wilks would have the guts to make that call.

Chargers just got bailed out with a bullshit roughing call. They need to spend every resource they have this off-season on OL or they're gonna get Herbert killed. Watching Herbert and Burrow get beat on behind trash OLs is reminiscent of how we did Cam. At least they're not tasked with being the leading rusher too.

The winner of this trash division is probably gonna cost themselves 10 spots of draft position. Just to get their asses kicked at home in the wildcard round.

Wow. That is probably the most conservative passing chart I've ever seen in the NFL. 12 of 14 completions less than 5 yards beyond the LOS. Only 6 attempts deeper than 5 yards and 2/6 on those.

Im fine. My emotional investment in this team has been on E for awhile now. I'm in fan hibernation waiting for some sign that a new spring has arrived.

By realizing that it's basically an asterisk year of being in a trash division. In any other division in the NFL we've been out of the conversation for weeks. The winner of this division would probably otherwise be drafting in the top 10.

My point is that we're winning by downplaying the QB position. That is not sustainable in the modern NFL. I just hope Tepper isn't falling for this poo but he has been utterly hapless as an owner so far so I'm sure he thinks his team has arrived.

You can win a lot of games with that type of QB play IF the other team gifts you three turnovers. Darnold looks serviceable because the entire offensive game plan basically boils down to don't let Darnold thrown the game away.
