  1. That’s my ideal scenario too, OP. Howell or Corral
  2. I was thinking about that the other day. If the top two OTs are gone and a trade down isn’t possible, I’d be good with Thibodeaux or Walker
  3. Sure, but Rivera was a bum that wouldn’t have won poo without Cam. We saw what he was capable of once Cam got hurt and what he’s doing in Washington. I’m not glad we got Rhule, but I’m glad we got rid of Rivera. Tepper took a swing and missed. Hopefully his next swing will be more informed and work out better.
  4. Disagree. I wanted him gone after his second year. With a decent coach (and OC) I’m confident we not only would have won the ‘15 Super Bowl, but would have had a run of competitive years instead of just once every two or three years.
  5. No more Rivera and Hurney, so that’s a positive. Even if the HC hasn’t been an upgrade, at least it’s not the same ol bs. Rhule will improve or be gone sooner rather than later. Tepper doesn’t seem like the type to wait seven years too late to make a move like the case with Rivera.
  6. Sounds like Rock Hill should have come through on their obligations.
  7. Sure they do. Nick foles, Jared Goff, Colin kaepernick, Rex grossman just in the last 15 years. The 49ers have made an art of taking bad qbs deep into the playoffs these past 10 years or so
  8. Jimmy G would just be Teddy B all over. No thanks. I’d rather just keep Darnold for free.
  9. Let’s just trade Robby for Baker straight up. maybe throw in a future 6th to make the Browns feel good about it
  10. Honesty, as long as the compensation isn’t too much, 4th or later next year, I’m good with it. He’s our best option right now, I like his attitude, he can play when he’s not injured. He’s no star but he’s young and better than Darnold ever was, more potential too.
  11. I’d take this, draft Howell and BPA with the other first. Preferably a LT, but any position that has a significantly better prospect. Worst case scenario Christenson gets to prove one way or the other he can play LT for a full season.
  12. Pseudoscience For Fools
  13. Yes, if all a QB can do is run then he’s probably not going to win a super bowl. If he can run and throw, like Cam, Wilson, Young, Lamar, etc then he can. If Willis is determined to be a The Golden Calf of Bristol or RG3 passer rather than a Cam or Wilson passer then I don’t want him. There’s no telling which category he falls into in the pros yet.
  14. Jfc they got more for him than the Packers got for Adams (crazy) and the Dolphins gave him $30mil a year. No wonder the Chiefs traded him
  15. Easy. Because it’s the GM’s job to go out and get FAs. Rhule was more involved before because we had lame duck Hurney and first year Fitterer. Makes sense Fitterer would be taking over completely for this now.
  16. This off-season is Fitterer, not Rhule. Rhule is still standing on his accomplishments of the past two seasons, which is terrible. I hope he magically gets better. I thought he did pretty well the first year, his only big misstep being Bridgewater. Last year was a catastrophe though, he’s got a lot to make up for.
  17. Probably better than Darnold, but ew no.
  18. Same as it actually was. At least the Saints didn’t get him
  19. We get a good solid LT and it would be the best line Cam played behind since around 2013
  20. Look at kirks numbers (with good qb) then look at moores (without good qb). Kirk shouldn’t get half what DJ gets
