He will get beat quite a few times this season. He's going up against seasoned nfl vets so naturally he's going to struggle occasionally. But that's not going to even factor into any thought process before fools will scream bust anytime he gives up a sack. Morons.

It's like all these kids should be pro bowlers from the jump. It's ridiculous the expectations these fools place in these kids after less than a half combined in 2 preseason games.

They were talking out their ass to make Corral feel better. He is not a 1st round talent and you know it. I like him as well as the rest of you guys but I know he's not and so does everyone else. I had hope just like everyone else that he might defy the odds and make an impact here but he is just not an impact player. He may become one and would have had a better shot had he not gotten hurt. This injury means he has lost any shot at being the first in line as backup much less starter.

This effectively ends any chance he gets a chance at starting next season. He only had a slim chance to make it in the NFL to begin with so this injury severely hurts his chances. Get well young man and don't give up. This team needs a miracle and it might as well be you.

Well there's always a good chance he will go after someone else's gb reject next offseason. We have that to look for at least.

I think they will be forced to draft one as I doubt Baker is going to play well enough to warrant a long term contract. Sam will be gone after this season and there's no way PJ deserves a spot on the team anywhere, even to PS. So you are left with a middling Baker and Carroll coming off IR who is still an unknown 3rd round pick. I would not gamble my career on that qb room. I would take another shot at one and let him compete with Matt and may the best qb win.

Just said on nfl network that Corral is having surgery. Rhule says it a major injury.

They will have to draft one anyway. Sam won't be here and Corral will just be another rookie that has no playing time but may know the playbook, assuming the same staff is here. If rhule is gone there's a real good chance the qb room will be overhauled as well. Corral will be the only qb on the roster under contract and he will have zero further development when the new staff roles in. Fun times.
