Half the league has a sub 0.500 W/L record.

It would guarantee the #1 pick in 2026 for sure.

Carolina may not "be sold" on young (per athletic)
Jon Snow replied to Champagnepapi704's topic in Carolina Panthers
All speculation probably stolen from hot takes on here. None of that is based on actual inside information. -
At least you have that going for you.

Exactly.

Can something be done about this referee bias against the Panthers?
Jon Snow replied to Shocker's topic in Carolina Panthers
Stop betting on nfl games and maybe you remove the stink of precieved bias in refs. Fantasy football and sports gambling has ruined the authenticity of the sport. -
I've been here through it all my friend. So when I say I've seen how this turns out folks really should listen. But they won't. So I continue to be entertained by fair weather fans that talk down to me as if I don't know squat. That's fine. Their in for some painful reality checks.

Simple, just line Hunt up behind Young and when he gets the ball Hunt grabs him by the seat of the pants and throws Young over the pile.
-
I don't think folks realize how lacking it is. It shouldn't surprise me though because Burns was considered a franchise player and was going to break out any day now.

We don't even have a Mike Rucker type on the roster. And finding another Peppers in the near future isn't likely to magically manifest itself. The D is going to take a while to upgrade.
-
Mahomes is going to pick this defense apart. It will be over by the second quarter.
-
I would say the put up 30 rather easily. We might be lucky to get 6. It will not be close.
-
To be a top 10 defense they will need 2 topflight defensive ends along with the others and maybe another DT. The D needs a lot.
-
Either way it's made for tv drama.

I'm guessing the Chiefs are sitting starters after halftime.

I'm laughing so hard I might piss myself.

It's a match made in heaven.

It doesn't really matter which one starts but the fact Canales doesn't say who's starting the next game is kinda odd. I'm not sure what the benefit is in not saying who's starting. The Chiefs will not have to change anything no matter who's behind center. Maybe he's still trying to convince Andy to start? I know I wouldn't want to be the sacrificial lamb to go against those guys.

I was 33 years old the day Jerry was awarded a franchise. Don't talk to me about old.

Put the pipe down. You are what your record says you are. They need talent and a lot of it. Brown is set but he can use upgrades all around him. ARob is fine but a short timer so competition is needed as a hedge against him chasing money next year. They need a bunch of LBs. Jewell is stopgap and Shaq is losing a step. He's the smartest of the group but he can no longer hang with a TE. They are playing harder yes, but it's due to grit and pride more than skill. They are finally getting tired of getting their asses kicked. Unfortunately for them the beatings will continue until moral improves.

Exactly. What we lack is true nfl starters. We have enough backups.
