Whatever his “best” is, we’ve already seen it. There’s no breakthrough coming, he’s not going to grow overnight like Tom Hanks in Big, not going to develop arm strength on his small frame. If this front office is not already laying out the QB replacement strategy then we’re long-term fuged. i don’t ask for much, but id like a Super Bowl win this season and a new quarterback next season. It sounds crazy but it isn’t.

Hire JH, demote Dave to OC. Get a real QB. Super Bowl.
