TDA, Bear, Stepan... these guys stepped on the ice like they've been here for years. This could be a better team than last year.

C'mon, the Staal line has played much better than expected thus far. Every time we think Staal is just another year older and slower, he balls out (or, should I say, pucks out) and proves us wrong.

Cam was a franchise QB, until the 2016 season when his injuries finally caught up to him.

So, exactly how long has it been since this team had a legitimate roster, complete with a serviceable O-line, and a QB you could actually hang a loss on? Cam Newton, 2015 season? It's been 6 fugging years since this team was almost whole and complete? It's been 6 years since the last time there weren't glaring holes on the roster, like an O-line, or DBs, or a running game, a franchise QB? 6 fugging years since a fan could sit down, watch a game and know that the only reason the Panthers should lose is because they get outscored. Not because they have no O-line, no running game, no DBs, etc. and all the other good reasons this team lost games.

If he was a DB, I guarantee you he'd get a Panther contract tomorrow.

The Rams were pretty good with a decent Goff. The Lions sucked consistently with a much better QB than Goff in Matthew Stafford. They switch and the Lions still suck while the Rams are better than they were with Goff and Stafford looks like he's a kid again. Von Miller may be in the twilight of his career, but let him play situational downs opposite Aaron Donald and he'll have an immediate impact.
