  1. Same ol' Cliff defense. Pack the paint and leave the shooters wide open.
  2. Unless they are going to suspend Bouknight, let him play. That said, this is patented Steve Clifford and going with the vets. That's mostly why everyone couldn't wait to run out of town last time.
  3. I'll probably flip back and fourth between this and whatever else catches my eye tonight. I've actually started to really enjoy volleyball and there are some games on tonight, so I might watch that.
  4. CMC is fourth in total touches in the league. Pointing out that he's been used as a receiver more than most other RBs is fair while not explicitly pointing out that other RBs have more rushing attempts. I thought it was common sense to know that guys with more rushing yardage probably had more attempts too. Only Austin Ekeler has more receptions amongst RBs. Ekeler also has more rushing yards with less attempts too.
  5. "On pace" doesn't matter since injures, changes to the scheme, etc can change that. There are a dozen guys with more production running and one of them is a QB. Some of them have less attempts with more yards. He's done better catching the ball than other RBs, but that's because he's been used more that way than most other RBs. So yeah, I would say the production is not there to warrant a first or more.
  6. There are other RBs out there with similar skillsets that while not as good, could probably be had for less. We'll just have to agree to disagree.
  7. Doubt it. Giving up first round picks for oft injured guys is a Panther move, not a move done by well run teams.
  8. No team in their right mind would give a single first for CMC. The production isn't there this year because of the offensive woes and wasn't there the last couple years because of season ending injures.
  9. The homer stuff comes from some of your poo talking about other NC schools and their fans and students.
  10. I like when you post sensible takes like this. That said, would you say the same thing if Robbie had went to App, ECU, Duke, State, or Wake? When you're in UNC homer mode, you don't seem to have any bounds.
  11. There was another one I wanted to post that said the Hornets have had more arrests than signings this offseason or something like that, but the feed refreshed and I couldn't find it again.
  12. Twitter is having a blast at the Hornets' expense. The last one is my favorite.
  13. Because the Vols were 7-6 overall and 4-4 in the conference. Plus, he's older than most of the other QBs.
  14. The ESPN networks had some entertaining ladies volleyball on all afternoon. Those games were miles better than what little I saw of the Panthers.
  15. Young is the best QB in this class. But as others have pointed out, there are concerns about his size and durability at the next level.
  16. I wouldn't. I'd rather roll the dice on a cheap rookie QB and use the cap space, if any, to try to lure some quality free agents in.
  17. The Rams' logo looks like something that belongs on the side of a news van.
  18. This is true. It doesn't matter how good or talented he is if he can't stay on the field.
