  1. He's been reading what the fans have been saying.
  2. Yeah. I think the answer to that question is no. Rhule really seems to be in over his head. Tepper will wait and see how it goes though.
  3. True, but I think Tepper will keep him. The firing the OC or DC thing usually works at least once for each coach.
  4. I'm not who you quoted, but probably. Rhule can blame the QB mess he made and he can fire Brady. That alone gets him at least one more season. I also think Tepper will give him another year because he doesn't strike me as the type to pay someone most of the contract when they're not working for him. Tepper, like JR, seems very profit first, football second.
  5. Disagree. Rhule isn't an X's and O's type coach and hasn't shown that he can gameplan at all. This I agree 100% with.
  6. No. Rhule will get at least one more year, probably two. He can sacrifice Brady to get another year. He can also blame the QB situation, which shouldn't work since he is the one that made those decisions.
  7. I agree with almost everything you typed. I disagree about Cam being brought back to keep from getting lynched. Cam was a Tepper decision so he can keep selling overpriced tickets, merch, and beer.
  8. He's going for the NFL all time record number of times for one player to play against one team in a single season.
  9. That this is predominantly an American football forum which is what most of the posts revolve around.
  10. I would say there are pills for that, but it's been well over 4 hours already. You may want to consult with a physician.
  11. He didn't even have to be the best salesman to land the Panthers job. He convinced Marty and Marty helped convince Tepper.
  12. Yeah, there was bad coaching by the Rhule and Co too. And to be fair, this team has one guy that gets the offense going too. He just happens to be an RB instead of WR.
  13. Nah. Ron didn't steal one. He won it fair and square by out coaching Rhule and Co and his team performing better when needed.
  14. Why throw at a tougher cover when you have an overrated Jackson on the other side? You may see fear, but I see a smart decision that paid off for them all game long.
  15. The Thanos meme is a Hornets thing. The Panthers need something different.
  16. Like I replied to Fox007, you can't play what if. Even with a better QB, what if the other teams played better and the Panthers still lost? What matters is that the team lost and wasn't a playoff team last season. Don't forget Tepper keeping Rin and Marty too long as well as letting Marty pick Rhule as huge mistakes. As for Fitt, it's too early to say for sure how he'll turn out. That said, so far he seems more of a rubber stamp for Rhule's decisions than a true GM.
  17. Doesn't matter how many points they lost games by. What matters is they lost them. If you're going to play the if game, then even with a different QB, things could have went a different way making the Panthers lose the games anyhow.
  18. With the way Rhule and Co played musical chairs with the Oline in camp, does it really matter what combination is out there? He never put the best players at their best positions nor allowed them to gel because of versatility was more important. CMC has missed time, but he was still there for some games in the beginning and the offseason. It's not like he has to learn the playbook. The offense was built around CMC, which like last year, has proven to be a mistake. Time missed being a big reason why. This organization from top down is a mess and probably won't get better anytime soon.
  19. This wasn't a playoff team last year no matter who the QB was. It isn't one this year either. I agree that Rhule is in over his head, but so is Tepper. Tepper can fire Rhule, but the problem at the top will remain.
  20. You are aware the whole offense except for Cam has been together all year, right? The offense's issues run deeper than Cam not having time to gel with the guys or getting down the playbook yet.
  21. Jackson isn't good, but is highly overrated by a lot of fans because he made some tackles in a few games and showed more effort earlier in the season. Extending him would be a huge mistake. And the Panthers will probably make it too. That said, this wasn't totally on him. Bouye is average to slightly above average at best and the younger guys in the secondary just aren't there yet either. And as with Ron's Panther teams, the safeties leave a lot to be desired when it comes to coverage. The defensive front has the same problem that those Manning Colt teams had. Their smaller size lets teams run on them at will.
