I did actually but that's one game and the rest of his tape shows him as a sub 70 qb rating against pressure, add the game against Georgia and he hits 70 qb rating against pressure with 5-2 td to int rating.
-
Indy loves him, wouldn't have been available at 9. Maybe Levi's would have been but that's the only qb that would've fallen that far imo.

Maybe for Bryce but Stroud struggles against any kind of pressure what so ever and this is clear as day on tape. His mental processing and pocket awareness aren't that good Nfl wise. He's accurate for sure and he can make every throw, but he's going to have a learning curve unless he always has a clean pocket. The concern with Young is size and that's pretty much it. The concern with AR is can he put it all together but he's another prospect you'll have to design a playbook around. Young is the cleanest qb prospect in this draft if you don't mind his size...if you do then the other three have serious question marks in the NFL. So you take the one with the most upside and that's clearly AR, otherwise you take Young.

Arizona wanted pretty much what we gave up for 1 to get their 3rd.
-
He's by far the most talented and physically gifted qb in this draft and it's not even close actually.
-
Got take Smith in that situation, you run to the podium

No what I meant is that based on polls and other data collected, he was at the beginning of last season considered a top ten edge player.

Contract wise look for something around 25-29m plus a season, 'Watt makes 28m a season" so the top would be 29m a season I'd think. Over 4 or 5 years with a 36m signing bonus and full guarantees around 82m total. I'm gonna go with something like the below for Burns. 5 years 142.5m dollars, 36m signing bonus and 80.5m fully guaranteed. Years 1-3 base salary is fully guaranteed, remaining guaranteed at signing in a roster bonus in year 4.

Not just the fan base that rates him highly, so do nfl gm's and scouts.

MJ in talks to sell majority stake of Hornets
carpanfan96 replied to carpanfan96's topic in Charlotte Hornets
Cause he wants to have minority stake and he's buddies with both. I assume that's why at least. Lol -
If they can't find a deal for a trade back, they might could very well take AR at #1. Just saying.

Marc Ryan - "Carolina Zeroed in on Stroud and Richardson"
carpanfan96 replied to CPcavedweller's topic in Carolina Panthers
I heard it's was Richardson and the trade down was for the Texans and Colts so they could go get him since most think they like Stroud and Young. :shrugs: -
Svech out Indefinitely Per nhl.com
carpanfan96 replied to Panthers Fan 69's topic in Carolina Hurricanes
Svech wanted to play in the playoffs, you could tell just by him waiting and what he told Don. Hate to see if and hopefully he comes back stronger -
This has been a crazy ass week for free agency. All the restructuring, signings plus the trade for #1 being done recently. Yeeesh but it's exciting which is refreshing after the last three years

If he stays healthy, he's a 1000 yard receiver.. big if but hopefully he can be healthy wherever he signs

Jalen Carter Officially a Walking Red Flag
carpanfan96 replied to WUnderhill's topic in Carolina Panthers
The current red flags being made public are what has been on team boards for a while. It was one of the flags I was talking about after his warrant was issued. -
Every deal that fitt has done is either a o e year or two year out deal.

More Money: Panthers restructure Johnny Hekker
carpanfan96 replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
First year cap hit probably similar to the other deals they've done, around 3 to 3.5m -
Still think it's AR, I'd personally take Stroud but with Dalton now in as a bridge qb, I see them going for the home run swing and taking AR. What better prospect for a team with a vet QB, and former QB's all over the staff. Also means I could see them moving to 4 on draft day for a 2023 2nd, 3rd and future first.

Incentives for starting games, likely considered nltbe. Probably some other stat or playoff based incentives as well.
