    I have taken job interviews that 1. I knew I was a long shot to land 2. I didn’t want the job to begin with experience in job interviews is important and it is very wise of you to say this because the interview experience in itself is very valuable

    Here is a legit concern about the Rooney Rule - why bring in a minority candidate if you have no inclination to hire him to begin with? it’s very embarrassing and ignorant for any company to parade a black person around like they are going to hire him when they know it’s just a dog and pony show

    Richardson is a racist POS and I’m sure his bigotry was part of the structure and gameplan with upper management. I also have a suspicion that most of the NFL owners think and operate the way Richardson did, it’s just harder now to hide it.
