I dont know How they didnt help them if they forced the only turnover in falcons territory that led to a score when falcons had the lead at beginning of 3rd. Lets say they didn't do that and the birds drive down and score since nobody was playing defense today, now it's a 2 score game. You think we were coming back? Turnovers are important in games like this, I don't know how else to lay it out.

So you said all that afterwards to basically still be wrong? 1 turnover can make all the difference. It was a 1 score game, neither team could really get a stop so 1 turnover can make all the difference. We scored off that turnover so it obviously helped. My point was the defense didn't start playing better till bryce got back in the lineup, sacks and turnovers went up. Yeah they still couldn't stop anybody but they created more opportunities for the offense to score in shorter distance.

They forced a freaking turnover on the falcons side of the field. Did you not watch the game or just ignore that?

Why do we keep talking about defense? if anything the defense helped bryces statline today with turnovers and good field position. The defense has been bad this year but if it's one thing for sure they have played better compared to win dalton was in. Every score was 80 plus yards with Dalton, they have sucked but they also helped out bryce and the offense plenty of times to setup easier scoring drives.

This. It would be insanely funny if this the game that reverts him back to the bryce prior to the benching. I know the bryce backers want to kick their feet up for the next 8 months but Canales would be insanely careless to not continue to push bryce till next season. He has got to do everything to make sure we don't start the season off like we did again. He's on his way to being a great coach if he can do that.
