The book on ickey was he was an elite run blocker who just needed to develop as a pass protector. He had to highest ceiling if he could put everything together. Clearly that hasn't been the case. If it didnt work just move him to guard.

Fitt hasn't been able to hit in the late rounds or first round. What more is there else to see.
