I completely and totally disagree. I would put Wilks about middle of the pack as far as NFL coaches. He is around 17 or 18. I actually think he can do better as almost none of this staff or roster was his choice.

Burns has looked bad at times this game.

He absolutely did. One of the best plays I seen him make, was the throw in the dirt under pressure 2 drives ago. He has made several great throws in this game.

I understand what you are saying. Ohio State, Alabama, LSU to a degree are hard to judge QB’s. They have dominating offensive line play. Young is a good QB, will he be a great QB in the NFL? It is hard to say. I am only stating that he would have significantly less time to make decisions in the NFL.

I don’t need to watch some other game. He has plenty of talent. He also has one of the best O-lines in college. That will not be the case in the NFL. I have watched him all year.

I did watch it. I am saying, the announcers are polishing his knob, but KS has no ability to bring pressure. Young is a great QB, but I highly doubt his success will translate to the NFL. It is not his size, it is his decision making ability under duress.

Young has all week and another day to do what he wants. They need to send corners safeties something besides up the middle. Alabama is murdering KS in the trenches. Everyone says Young is the greatest since sliced bread, I want to see him under pressure, not clean and upright. Young will not have all day in the NFL.

We have no room for error. I think we should pick up a vet CB because both Horn and Henderson have been out the last couple of weeks.

Great analysis, especially on the personnel and packages. The NFL is a copycat league, you can be sure we will see that formula from here on out (until we beat it). I think Tepper is a wild card. He gave assurances to Rhule that he had the rest of the year, then he fired him mid season. Well last week is on tape, so we will see if Wilks can earn his job by exploiting the weaknesses the Steelers displayed last week.

I think this the line in the sand game. If the panthers can will their way to a victory, the playoffs are very possible. If they lose this game they are probably out, and as fast as people have warmed up to Wilks, even that will cool off and heads will roll.
