i think we'll end up splitting with them somehow.

baker will be the QB day one against the browns. we'll win that one and the next week against the giants, but we won't win much more after that. i seriously doubt we cut darnold. darnold is where baker was until someone was desperate enough to trade for him. the only team that is desperate enough to trade for darnold is trying to get rid of him. and we'll find a way to keep PJ on the team...maybe practice squad? if we try to put Corrall on the practice squad and PJ on the regular roster....

same here. i hope that this works out. i don't see it working out, though. i didn't want mayfield. i don't see him as being anything more than a tool to win maybe one or two more games but he's no long term solution. the best chance we have for a long term solution right now is Corrall and he'll be sitting this year. i'm not impressed by darnold or mayfield at all. i just can't feel good about them and i'm not going to feel good about them just because i'm a fan of the team. them being a panther doesn't mean i put blinders on when i look at them. it just means i'm a fan of a team that really fugs up when it comes to the QB.

Just because you put yourself out front doesn't mean that people will follow you.

Sometimes you're better off not eating junk food and waiting for something a bit better.

Or just think that he's garbage and not impressed at getting garbage on the discount.

Fugging get what you pay for. Going to a great restaurant and just getting a chunk of stale bread because it's the cheapest thing on the menu.

For maybe one or two games before we see how bad he is and we're banging our heads against the wall or coming up with excuses for him. Sheer desperation move and you'd think we have learned better than to go digging through dumpsters to find our QB.

so we have one QB that sees ghosts and the other that's afraid to throw the ball to his WRs. and Corrall....let's go Corrall.

offense: Corrall (eventually) Thomas or Tremble (won't be both, but one of them is going to get used a lot i think) TMJ OL (as a unit... cop out answer but whatever) defense: Derrick Brown YGM Jaycee and CJ as a tandem.

just don't see him as an aggressive competitor.

sorry. not a believer in mayfield. he might be good for one or two more wins than darnold, but not much more.

I say 4 maybe 5. They start off with a couple wins then lose but try to keep darn old and probably Mayfield in there and keep on losing then they put corrall in there at the end and win a few more.

Do nothing. That's my goal for every holiday now. Take whatever day I can to rest.

best way to learn is to do. he'll get it figured out and he's not got a fragile psyche so he'll be able to handle the pressure and overcome/learn from mistakes rather than get shaken by them and crumble. the dude is tough and tenacious.
