So much of the pics you pistook like the 40 acres we used to have up until a year ago. Big storms would always wreak havoc on us and every storm would bring something new, but consistently our pond would flow over (never over our dam thankfully) and we'd have tons of trees blown over that we'd have to clean up. Our driveway would have ruts formed in it that we're always a pain to correct. I don't envy you the clean up. I've been there many times.

Thanks. This is what I was looking for. I spent 15 years living within a mile of the Yadkin river and it would regularly flood the road I traveled in every day. Can't imagine what effect it would have not just from the initial torrential rains here, but as it catches the waters from the flooding in the mountains.

Sorry, but I'm trying not to get pissed off by that "answer". It hit me wrong. For anyone "not trying to sound like a smartass" I'm just interested in where they are expecting that water to run into and then what kind of effects they are anticipating downstream. There's got to be done flood concerns in those areas. Anyone know where those areas are?

One of the favorite places for my wife and I to go for several years has been the Asheville/Black Mountain area. We'd go there for anniversary trips and every once in a while take the kids up there. We've been talking about retiring up that way and aside from being expensive we worried about the winter weather, but we love the area so much it would be worth it. Never thought about the effects of flooding there. A big part of the reason we love it so much was just because of the people we met up there. So open and welcoming of everyone. Now so much tragedy. It's a heart breaker for sure

Yeah, I think their DL hurting is more harmful to them than ours to us. Our run game is going to pummel them.

I'm not giving up on this iteration of the team. What I saw last week was just the beginning of something that is going to be growing.

little known fact. hank is a time and space traveling redneck.
-
rare clear photo of hank. guy is usually a bit blurry. like he's stuck in some kind of interdimensional warp.

it's because we value work and productivity more than life itself.
-
it's this guy named hank that wears a old school digital watch and velcro shoes. he's the one to blame.

i just think that he's a bit overhyped because of daddy. he'll get drafted too early because someone will bite on the hype and find themselves with the next teb0w or bryce young. actually seems like a cowboy/jerry jones thing to do. if they hadn't overpaid prescott they would have pushed for baby sanders. -
I agree (and so what if it's too soon?). I think they are building a team. Not a team around Bryce. They're going for a team of dawgs and i think you can see that. I'm not sure, but i don't think that BY fits in that category so i'd be surprised if he sticks around. so that probably means they will be looking for a QB that has that in him. wouldn't necessarily have to be a draft pick, either. the door is wide open i think.

i think my definition is more on par with bill's and i think the same thing. it's not a bad thing. it's a great quality to have. it's what you need. anything extra is gravy, but they have to be able to do that first. gunslingers and big play makers are good, but that isn't the majority of what they actually do. if you can't be a game manager, you aren't likely to have a long life in the league. i think the great thing about being a manager is that you force the team to function as a team at a high level if you are going to win. doesn't require the team to be carried by just one person. i mean it's great if you got a QB that can carry the team on their back, but they shouldn't have to. the team should pull it's own weight. counting on and expecting your QB to win games is just lazy team building and coaching. having a bog playmaking QB allows some who coach and GM to coast in their job.

they keep the ball moving forward. not typically known as a big play guy. definitely not a gun slinger. i don't think of it as a bad thing. could also consider it a field general. nothing flashy, they just get the job done.
