i saw in one of my mocks a day or two Thomas, Jr and i got to thinking about him and he seemed as much of a project as some other ones we have talked about as well. Thinking about some of the other options we've will likely have available...i don't know. it would be hard to choose him above them. I think i've just been attracted to the realistic options we've had that it seems those top few are just in another draft altogether because i don't even notice them. It wasn't that long ago that Keon Coleman was talked about as one of the top 5 but now he's apparently an option for us as well. the whole thing has been nuts.

i voted mcconkey, but my feelings change fairly often. there's so many of these guys that i really dig. One of my favorites that you don't have on the list is Jermaine Burton but I'm also starting to pay attention to Malik Washington more. I think these two and several others on your list would be good second WR taken options. If we go Ladd then maybe pick up Leggette (if available) or Burton. If Leggette is our first choice then either try to pick up Pearsall or come back later and get Malik Washington. These are the directions my mind takes when I'm thinking about them. And then, if possible, come back late and get Ainais Smith as a third WR who does all the dirty work.

i was thinking about doing something like this for a WR duo i'd/we'd like to see but i couldn't figure out how to do it correctly. Wouldn't necessarily be the two favorite. It would be two that complement each other. glad you did this, though. will be interesting to see what others are thinking.

I wouldn't necessarily stop watching it, just understand that what they say about the panthers might be uninformed and come with a certain narrative that they've attached themselves to. But this is also true with a lot of other teams out there. What we see about other teams might not be right, either. One thing that you will notice is that sometimes you will have people who are hard up for attention who will try to jump on whatever narrative is being spun at the time and see if they can ride whatever wave is going there. Often these chumps will be a few days or a week late to the party hoping for some residual wake from those waves in case someone still cares about that one thing. last week i think it was merriman or some other clown that was trying to jump on some little wake about us. it's all just noise to push aside.

the national media has teams and players it loves and then it has some that it loves to pile on. that's one thing to consider when you are looking at the national panther narrative being spun and why we shouldn't care what they say. none of it should be taken very seriously.

it's nothing that serious. it was someone who has been banned many times before that i noticed when i was cleaning out the spammers and their mess.

i saw the first. loved it. i saw the second...decided that one was enough.

Being realistic is no fun. I want to have fun with this team while I can.

We aren't bound by our history because those who are responsible for our history are not making the decisions. And no, I don't consider Morgan guilty for Fitts mistakes.

And good riddance to everyone we lost. I bet Dan Morgan was pissed at the culture we had become which is why he stayed and is why he chose Canales. We needed someone who can change the culture and identity. We didn't need the best stats guy. We needed the best guy to affect the culture. Canales was the best choice.

Two of the supposed big acquisitions we made last year, him and that overrated RB we bought from Philly, were shown up by chumps we already had on the roster. Good riddance. Don't blame that weak poo on anyone else.

Speaking of this loaded WR class, if we don't come away with at least two WRs I would call it not just missed opportunities, but a fail.

Same here. I mean this is almost a historically loaded WR class. If anything, this makes me question the Texans. They might have just lucked into something good with Stroud the way the Patriots did with Brady.

but seriously, freaking out because the texans just traded for some grumpy WR that his old team was just tired of dealing with and just wanted to be rid of despite him being really talented? oye...life might be easier for some fans if they just jumped to another bandwagon.

i guess we haven't had an all out bitchfest thread in a while. got to get our collective heads back in the toilet so we can all get back to feeling miserable about the team.

well run organizations don't have a lot of turnover. we haven't been in years. but sometimes for a organization to have a chance at being well run, they have to have a lot of turnover in a short amount of time to get the right people in. i hope that's where we're at now.
