I was hoping for Corral. Obviously not happening. Let's go Baker, I guess.

Move on. -
Every year he gets older and slower, every year they come up with new ways to protect him.

Good team. Good coach, but if they don't win a Lombardi with him this year, they won't. -
Best line of protection for Brady will still very much be intact. He's got no worries. Refs will keep him safe like always.

All that said above, I'm not basing much of anything off of preseason games where we aren't and shouldn't be playing any starters or key players anyways.

We'll find out soon enough. They have a better OL. They have a better QB they have a better secondary. They have a better RB working alongside CMC. They have coaching assistants with actual prolevel experience. So that's all good. But we also have the same guy running the show, so all the improvements might result in going from a 5 win team to a 7 win team....and that's not enough. Considering the first few games is the softest part of the schedule, if we don't win them we probably won't win much this year and there's very little reason beyond blind optimism to think it will ever get better with Rhule here. The problem is that Rhule says all the right things to the people around him and he's likeable enough that people will overlook the obvious because they still believe in Rhule's potential. Regardless of how we do this year, Rhule will still be employed throughout the season.

The biggest challenge the DL faces with Brown is climbing over him or navigating around him while he's lying on the ground. He was an interesting prospect when we got him. He's not interesting anymore except in trying to figure out how a man of that size can be such a pushover. It's time to cut him loose.

Story on the Joe Brady situation from Charles Robinson..
rayzor replied to WOW!!'s topic in Carolina Panthers
Rhule should have been fired. Rhule should never have been hired. He should never have been given complete control of a pro team having no pro experience. Tepper botched this whole thing from the beginning. They're both around and I'm tired of losing. I hope they've learned. I have my doubts, though. We'll find out this year. I'm not getting my hopes up but I am at least interested in watching which is an upgrade from how I felt heading into the offseason where I had no interest in watching this team anymore, at least as long as Rhule was coach. -

No excuses. Playoff run (not one and done) or we look for a new coach.

One of them very well could be and it's probably Bozeman. I just expect Rhule to fug it up trying to be clever with his "competition" poo -

i had been saying that for years. i gave up. he'll keep going as long as the refs will protect him.

against other teams, esp. the pats, you can and should
