I'm right around B+, A-; I'm almost completely convinced Hardy's gone and Turner makes me wonder if Silatolu isn't recovering well or if Kug's done.  Either way, we got line help and you can never have enough good linemen.

Getty's quote this morning said only the Amini is recovering better than Kug.  Raised my eyebrows because

while not necessarily bad, it didn't sound positive.

D. Ealy is an F, Turner is a C-.

I get your frustrations but it sounds like you are basing the draft on our needs alone when Gettleman said he won't do that. He drafts for BPA. I wasn't that high on Moses so I am not mad we did not draft him.

Trust me though I get your frustration. I think we will get a good tackle today that will ease your grade.

He wouldn't have drafted Manziel if he fell to us.

Yes, BPA is good, but you have to fill needs. If we can find a tackle, great. But we're basically renting Hardy for 12 million now, and our 2nd round pick will be behind Mario Addison. If we hadn't paid Hardy, we could have easily plugged 2-3 holes with starters.

B+ so far. The value we got is great, but I'm still wanting a tackle badly. Maybe we are able to pick up Antonio Richardson or Cameron Flemming in the 4th. If that happens, it'll be A+ draft for sure, regardless on what happens after.

I say a B -

The Kony pick isn't bad, but to honestly to approach the draft thinking drafting based on need will burn you isn't completely true (Dave's words not mine).

Maybe DE will be a need next year, but OT and CB are really big needs this year (not to mention WR still isn't amazing). We'll see what kind of player he is.

He got us a bulldozer at guard, but what does that say about his opinion on the last guard he drafted? I still like the choice better than another D2 chump who get's hurt like the last two guys. Frankly everywhere on our line save center is need and it was addressed.

I am a little more frustrated after our draft today. My patient response last night was before we neglected tackle on Day 3 today. I don't know. I am scratching my head a little. I am hoping we can bring in Tiny Richardson from Tennessee as a UDFA.

    • I don’t know if it’s him bad mouthing his former situation in public or my pettiness but either way I’m not a fan. Dude was on playoff teams getting paid millions to entertain. I’m not better that because and I am better than that. You don’t bad mouth your former employer in public. Esp after getting over paid and two, poor little Russian baby didn’t get the playing spot he wanted. Rod had him exactly where is was supposed to be.  He had a mean lip check and did defend our players. Specifically the devils game around Christmas where is our Haula on his ass. Cool. Thank you. But don’t talk poo about us. Because it make you look like Haula.    “need to get as far away as possible”. fug off. Didn’t see Burnsy bad mouthing and his play dropped off too.    sorry, but Orlov doesn’t get a pass from me. See you twice a year…
    • I don't really care about your post at all. I just saw the direction of the discussion and this snippet from an article I read earlier in the day was a good spot to put non-Panthers info. I mostly don't care about the players personal lives. That's off the field/personal poo. Not really any of my business.  I also don't know him personally so what would be the point of congratulating him outside basically attempting to draw attention to myself like so many in the social media/internet realm.
    • Everything goes in waves. As defenses geared up more to stop the passing game they've become more vulnerable to the run not to mention the added benefit that road grading run blockers don't command the crazy money that the dancing bear elite pass protectors do on the OL.
