Every defense is due a bad game but this wasn't just a bad game, it was a terrible game. Defense missing tackles, not wrapping up, being out of position and giving up over 200 yards on the ground

this. the defense was certainly responsible for giving up all those points to Pitt. but they still gave us plenty of chances to score points, especially early. its a very concerning trend with this team that we cant seem to find the endzone in the first half. teams will eat that up in this league.

D's will have their bad games, the NFL is geared towards pass friendly teams.

If anyone watched Seattle/Denver yesterday they saw the type of playmakers Seattle has surrounded Wilson with. Lockette made a phenomenal TD catch over Talib. Harvin and Baldwin both are playmakers. Add Lynch to the mix and wow. They dominated TOP yesterday as well. So as much as everyone wants to talk about Seattle's D, their offense isn't no joke either.

We're built to stop people and dominate TOP while running. Well, we can't run and Shula isn't programmed to know how to run anything else. Yesterday was exactly what happens when our D doesn't D what it's suppose to. Not giving the O a free pass but with that OL... hard to think things will get better
