After 3 games, Andrew Luck is on pace to throw for 5,000 yds and 50 TDs

and through the NFL's first three weeks, Andrew Luck is the No. 1 ranked fantasy quarterback.

however, the Colt's hometown paper, the Indianapolis Star, is urging people to tap the brakes on the Ferrari (which they call Luck):

-they point out: "His fast start may be a bit fluky. Of his nine TDs, only one has been longer than 10 yards... So Luck may be hard-pressed to continue this TD rate"

-and they wrote after Week 2: "Doesn't it seem as if Luck's been rather, well, average? ... between the rash of errant throws, the handful of questionable decisions and the overall unsettled play witnessed from Luck through two weeks, it's hard to argue against this: We haven't seen the best of Andrew Luck thus far in 2014...Luck has misfired a few too many times against the Denver Broncos and Philadelphia Eagles."

Yeah, he's kicking serious ass in Fantasy. I wish some people on this board would get over the hate. Luck is elite, period. He broke Cam's record and might do it again. Just have to face it, we have a good one and so do the Colts.

Many think he snubbed us  but after learning about him, staying in school was just the kind of person he is.

    • I wonder how much of that is a combination of swapping out over half of the starters from last season and one less week of preseason for teams to get on the same page. It was particularly frustrating seeing guys that have been in the system for a year or longer failing to execute. I like Nick Scott as a person and appreciate his ability to communicate the scheme to the others, but Lathan Ransom has so much more upside. Speaking of Ransom, I'm hoping between today and tomorrow to review all of the rookies on defense since they didn't have many snaps to begin with.
    • https://overthecap.com/positional-spending We are 10th in offensive spending and 28th in defensive spending. Much has been said about both sides of the ball in the last several days. Some want to blame the defense. The numbers speak volumes. Discuss.
    • I haven't looked at any of the ILBs in this class. Any recs on who to keep an eye on?
