Our starting Left Tackle

After those years I screamed at my TV when he was sucking ass on the right side, I can't even imagine why they would move him to LT thinking he would be better. At least on the right side, Cam could see if Bell was getting his ass whooped. It's a good thing Cam has eyes in the back of his head because that could have been VERY serious if he didn't feel that pressure. Imagine Bell's enormous ass falling on Cam. Dodged a bullet there. Is it possible that we have the worst tackle pairing in the history of the NFL?

cant imagine any other pair of ots worse then chandler n bell gettleman is an idiot

He got beat by a superior athlete. We all know that happens. You could pick plays of everyone on offense and defense looking that bad. Cam ran to his blindside into a sack on like the 2nd drive. There isn't a gif in the world that can tell us something we don't already know about Byron.

It wasn't his blindside, and Cam really didn't have anywhere to go. Both Tackles fuging suck. It's time for everyone to accept this...

the second day of the draft is for drafting developmental players with upside/athleticism which is exactly why kugbila was selected in the first place

heres my issue or knock on Edmund Kugilba is that he was a guard who only managed 8 starts out of a whopping 10game schedule during his final year at Valdosta State, once again,as a result of not being in football shape, but more importantly,i mentioned Kugilbas name because for one he was better suited at guard rather than tackle where we have glaring needs that need to be addressed asap and two is DGs inability to spot talent at the tackle position and that echoes true with two names Byron Bell and Nate Chandler.so,even though i like DG,i consider evaluating talent for the oL is by far his biggest weakness.

I can. And are you looking in the mirror when you call him an idiot? He obviously isn't. Do you also call Cam a crappy QB when he throws a bad pass?

You can find multiple video examples of any LT in the league getting beat. Bell is no prize but jeez, give it a rest and find something else to bitch about.

Bell does ever so slightly better on this one... (he doesn't get knocked on his ass) but he cannot deal with any type of speed coming off the end...

Wouldn't hurt my feelings if we spent every draft pick on OL.

I know how you feel. I want another WR to compliment Benjamin, and we NEED a dynamic play maker in the Secondary, but it's really hard to look past OT right now.

Honestly that thread talking about Cam bolting in FA has me scared shitless...  I shudder at the thought of what our offense will be if Cam takes off to another team bc we didn't give him protection and weapons.

Rare that you see a franchise QB leave the team he's with when he's so young, but the lack of building around him is concerning.
