I respect cam for being a professional. I hate to put it like this but the staff is using Cam as a puppet. Give the kid more control of the offense. I really want to see Cam at his best and taking charge. I can imagine what is going through his head. I really hope they whole staff is canned this offseason. Imagine if Cam had chip as his coach . Sigh

 

I thought after Atlanta game a lot of people many not have look too much into it, but when he said coaches coach I just play said a lot. At the end of the day when decisions were made and we lost that game cause of it, it goes right on the coaches as it should.

Helping players (insert any name you want here ) figure things out, do schemes that help them succeed, to correct errors immediately with mentoring, fails on the coaches.

They have no other reason to exist

Ask yourself, what has any of the Panthers coaches done this year to help any player succeed.
