Kobe Bryant

I think his narcissistic tendencies combined with his relentless ballhogging will be overlooked by the casual NBA fan. People who don't ride his sack will view his career with an open mind and properly remember his shortcomings throughout his career.

He will forever be remembered for his play with Shaq earlier in his career. I just think he should have quit after he repeatedly showed his true character with the whole D'Antoni, Howard, and Nash situation. He is mildly tarnishing his legacy by all the controversy with the current team as well.

You will never see him take full responsibility for any of his shortcomings because he is too prideful. Like why not just admit that you are old and not able to handle the load like you used to? I predict that he will eventually be shown the door in LA, he will respond in Brett Favre fashion, too narcissistic and greedy to realize his max contract is not an entitlement.

Top Ten player of all time. Jordan was ass for the Wizards. Kobe is in his ass years. But he'll always be remembered. I hope Sunday's game is on TV so I can see him pass Air Jordan. Funny though, no one even cared when Karl Malone did it. Sad. The Mailman was awesome.

43% FG, 22 Pts, 6 Reb, 4 Ast, 2 Stl

That's what MJ averaged over 2 seasons in Washington. If you think that is "ass" you are retarded. He was still an All-Star level player.

As for the bolded.....

Not better than Mike, but he cemented his legacy as top 5 in history. If you deny that, quit basketball and go gardening or something.

Top 5?! Are you insane??

He isn't even top 5 amongst guys he has played against.

Jordan

Duncan

LeBron

Shaq

Olajuwon

...all better than Kobe.

    • After seeing hits in the last two UDFA pools, I do not in this group sorta of a let down after I gassed myself up.  Not like I know of their games, but just expected more. The duke DT only has to beat out hunte (2025 UDFA) or Ray (DL coach's kid) or even Cam Jackson mid 2025 5th.  I thought they would bring in more edges, IOL, TEs, etc...
    • My 2 favorite picks, since you didn't ask? 3. Brazzell II.  A 1000 yard WR with 4.37 speed and checks all the boxes for a Z Wide Receiver.  IN THE THIRD ROUND!!! 5.  Sam Hecht.  I think he will take over as the starter at some point this season and never look back.  IN THE FIFTH ROUND. Runner Up:  2. Hunter:  We were targeting a DT early in this draft because we did very little to replace Robinson in free agency.  Hunter was our guy and he will start. In addition to that, you got a starting tackle that should man one side of the new OL we will build for Bryce's second contract. A starting WR, offensive lineman, defensive lineman and possible Offensive tackle (at some point during this year from this draft will start.  UNREAL. In addition, I don't doubt that Wheatley (5th round) takes the FS job by next year and Lee III is Jackson's replacement in 2027.   Finally, even Kuwatch should be a special teams demon and LB depth.   Last year's draft was so good it was ugly.  This one will turn out to be uglier.  No offense Basbear--this ain't about you.
