parking help

The Huddler

Recommended Posts

Thanks to Roaring Riot, my brother and I will be heading down to Charlotte for the Hornets game tonight. I was hoping to get a few tips as to where to park! Ive gone to a bobcats game before, but we stayed at a hotel within walking distance. Tomarrow we are just gunna head down and back up after the game. I have my go to parking spot for Panther games but that is quite a walk to TWC arena.

Please help me out!

And thanks again to Roaring Riot, mad respect. Epecially coordinating trips to take over the georgia dome. Dude is a true Charlotte Sports bad ass

If you don't do Lomez's plan, here's something else you could do ...

I used to live in the M Street condos which are at the corner of 7th and McDowell. Drive on 7th toward McDowell and turn right into the complex (right before the traffic light). Go straight in and you'll see a very long line of parking places ahead on your right (facing grass, a hill, and the highway). These are the tenants' "guest" spots. Each tenant gets their own spot next to their condo and they also get a guest spot. Every now and then you'll see a car in your guest spot which is no big deal if it's just you living alone. But if you have a guest coming over, you'll tell them to just park in one next to yours (they're numbered). No one ever gets mad.

So just drive on in, find that long row of empty spots, find an area of a bunch of empty ones, and park. Free.

It's just 2-3 blocks from the arena.

    • OK, we are letting our top RB go.  We have Chuba, Etienne, and Brooks.  Imagine a player who could LEGITIMATELY play the slot and back up at RB?  I am sure he'd be a special team player as well.  I noticed him at the combine, and thought, "Here is a late rounder who could stand out as a slot and provide depth at RB. Without further ado....(I know one Huddler who might be able to tell us more about this guy): Navy running back/wide receiver Eli Heidenreich headlined the 2026 NFL Combine for the Midshipmen, running an official 4.44-second 40-yard dash and recording 16 reps on the bench press. Recognized as a versatile, "Swiss army knife" offensive weapon, Heidenreich solidified his draft stock as a potential day three target.    Eli Heidenreich (RB/WR - Navy) 2026 Combine Performance: 6'0" 200 lbs.   40-Yard Dash: 4.44 seconds. 10-Yard Split: 1.55 seconds. Vertical Jump: 35.5 inches. Broad Jump: 10' 0". Bench Press: 16 Reps. Highlights: Showcased as a premier receiving threat from the backfield, having left Navy as the program's all-time leader in receiving yards (1,994). High character.  Smart.  Maybe, just maybe....
    • These refs are horrible.  They definitely got money on this game lol.
    • I don’t think the concept is bad thinking. That money this year is a ball buster, for getting nothing out of it.
