I'd try to package Palmer and Addai for a better RB2 and try to trade Shockey and Avery/Nicks for a better WR. You don't need 2 TEs nor do you need 2 D/ST or kickers. I like the Nicks pick but he may or may not start in NY so you need to monitor that. It may be more advantageous to you to trade him now. I have a feeling Avery will be WAY down this year so if you can find a taker on a trade for him, pull the trigger.

You're solid at QB1, WR1 and RB1 but you lack depth

Nicks won't be starting according to Rotoworld. It will be Steve Smith and Domenik Hixon.

thx 2 you both. I need to do a little work on my preset rankings need to up some WR's I'm not really concerned about this team its a public don't know anybody in there but I'd like to do some trash talking when the office league starts. Would help to know what pick I had but we're gonna let it choose the starting order randomly.

Anyways this will help me in my other league when draft time comes around

I've mocked about 4 times but the problem is I can't find a smaller mock class than 8 and were only doing 5 or 6 teams @ work so I'll get better options, when I mock 8-10 or 12 teams though its going to throw my presets off some

alright this guy put TJ Huzyourmommazada on his trade block

he wants QB and TE

his QB is Hassleback

and TE is Carlson (Seattle)

I offered Palmer and Shockey (both had injury plagued years but if they rebound they could be great)

not sure if he balked at the trade I offered yesterday ( it was non existent today)

so I re-offered the deal( I'd think it give me a message that the trade was rejected but I didn't see anything like that I just didn't see the trade offer presented anywhere this morning.)

his WR corps is good

Andre Johnson

Boldin

Houshmandzada

Braylon Edwards

Would you take my trade if you were him?

heck with my WR's I'd take braylon Edwards who he is sitting at the moment.

  • 3 weeks later...

My first ever fantasy team:

QB: Phillip Rivers

WR: Larry Fitzgerald, Steve Smith, Lee Evans

RB: Brandon Jacobs, Jonathan Stewart

TE: Greg Olson

Backups: Lendale White, Delhomme, Ted Ginn Jr, Algae Crumpler

K: Josh Brown

Def: NYJ and Carolina.

Any suggestions?

Drop Carolina D, Drop Jake Delhomme, pick up a different backup QB and Peyton Hillis

    • I turned to the NFL Network and they are playing the Wildcard Game against the Rams I think we gained a lot of respect around the league we hung in there for a while into the 4th Quarter 🙂
    • Does anyone know for sure if the game tonite will be on HBO max?  That is where I watched the last one and only access I currently have- I am in SE NC and no broadcast stations carry the games.😖
    • take a  look around the league at other young Qb's such as Drake Maye , Jayden Daniels, Bo Nix , CJ Stroud  & Caleb Williams who at the time like Bryce Young they also were drafted by teams with a losing record .the only difference with these Qb's is after joining their teams with a losing record they led those same teams to a winning record in a very short period of time .it's simply what you call a game changer & or elite Qb's & then take a  look at  the other side of the coin you have Qb's such as Trey Lance, Zach Wilson, Mac Jones, Justin Fields  & Anthony Richardson also like Bryce Young all first round picks who instead of winning either did not play or led their teams to a losing record while playing  Bryce Young who has an overall record of 14-30 & wildly inconsistent & never in the history of the NFL has a Qb 5'10" or shorter had a successful carrer as Qb in the NFL  if anything history is telling you exactly what ?..just saying
