The Seattle D at the end of that game

Are they known for cheap shots? Serious question as that is news to me.

The cheap shot thing was more about the fight at the end of the game. Bruce Irvin became the answer to the trivia question of "Who's the only player to ever get ejected from a Super Bowl?" Combined with the beer and whiskey I had, my filters were off.

But it IS true that Seattle is the most penalized team in the NFL. Add the PED thing, and I just wonder what Atlanta is going to turn into.

Please see the the Broncos vs. Seahawks this year.

Seahawks won the game. But it was because Wilson and the offense scored in OT without giving Manning another chance to score. The defense had just given up a TD at the end of regulation to send the game into overtime.

Another example, Packers two weeks ago.

The Seahawks won that game too. But once again, it was Wilson that scored in OT without giving Rodgers another chance to score, like he did at the end of regulation.

There are other example as well.

The point is that the Seahawks defense, FOR ALL THEIR GREATNESS, is prone to giving up critical TDs and FGs at the end of regulation. They are not nearly as clutch, as they are great.

I was wrong about my stat. For THREE years they were 18-0 when leading by 10 or more going into the 4th. You do realize that's kinda good right? If that's not clutch can you provide equal or better examples?

Two big ironies in the SB. The first and ONLY int by a qb from the one the ENTIRE year was by Wilson and the ONLY game Seattle has lost in 3 YEARS when leading by double digits was the SB.

if Green Bay is so much better than Seattle then why didn't they score more points in the 55 minutes of the game that the Hawks slept through?

luck or not...the team that scores the most wins deserves to play the next round.
