Exactly my point And signing a WR that might be a camp fodder level of talent, but has a history of being a safety valve for Bryce, isn't going to help him out this year, it only has the potential for him to fall into old traps again. Would have been thrilled with this move 2 years ago. But 2 more seasons of Metchie not showing much, and just not a fan of it at this point with such a critical season upcoming for Bryce and the franchise. -
Agreed. Not sure how a guy who’s been on 3+ teams during his rookie deal somehow makes us loaded at WR. Let’s just say that both of XL’s years with us are way better than any season Metchie has ever had. He’s not even a JAG based on his career so far. He’s a complete bust so far. Even Mingo and Marshall have 1 year in their career that’s better than all of Metchie’s years. -
