NFL VP: Changing PI to 15-yard penalty a possibility

intent is way to easy to be a grey area.

I think it should stay as is myself.

while we are talking penalties...I hate the half the distance rule.  If you commit a penalty and there is enough room between you and the goal line to march off the full penalty, then I think it should happen.

for example....1st and 10 from your own 12 yard line and there's an offensive holding call the next play should be 2nd and 20 from the 2....none of this half the distance...same on the other end of the field.

they should screw with all the drunk viewers and instead of making it half the distance change it to some weird fraction, like 7/13th the distance

This would be good and bad all at the same time. I agree with both Jase and Cary Collins. Both points are true. I wish that common sense could be the biggest factor. If a wr is obviously interfered with to stop a big play then it should be a spot foul otherwise 15 yards. Key word is obvious but that would never happen because it's subjective nonetheless. I say let's just leave it as is. I would like to change the OT format to what CFB does.
