Charlotte area women are incredibly underrated nationally. In the Southeast, outside of the state of Florida and the city of Charleston and college towns when school is in session, there is no better city to find them. 

Meh.  Not wrong, but the fact is since it's more of a family city than others the chances of finding a good one after college age without baggage or mental issues is much less.  I am happily married and my wife is not from CLT, but for those of you who want what many of them want (family, etc.), get them young or it only gets tougher.  I don't think you could say the same about other places where you'd find more upper 20s or even 30s with life experience but without baggage or mental issues.

Didn't say it was easy or magical, just said more.  Ex: Washington DC.  One of the least desirable places in the country to live IMHO but IMHO a better chance that a decent, attractive, intelligent 30 year old slips through the cracks there since her only options are limp wristed kooks that care more about drowning their own work or sitting in traffic.  Miami, Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix among others have more based on population alone, fierce competition, and being less "family friendly" for the younger generation.  

To really have your socks knocked off, I would say overseas (not third world but South America or Europe), where women are likely to be less fat, less spoiled, more feminine, nurturing, and don't get married or move away from home until later in life because it's either impractical or impossible.

All generalities.  You'll find fat and spoiled everywhere and hot everywhere, just more some places than others.  Nothing against Charlotte.  I wouldn't disagree with it being "underrated", but it is what it is.
