you can get sunday ticket as we all know without a direct tv subscription with some big caveats but there is a work around. The address check is only based on a matching zip code to the billing info of your card. If there is an apartment in your zip code, you can get it without living in an apartment. Hope this helps some people out of market like myself.

yea I tried this but it was still limited to who could get it. Plus, I haven't used cable in a couple years and would like to keep it that way.

Direct TV contract ran out, its amazing what they'll give you if you mention going back to cable.

The address you use has to be the same as the billing address of the credit card you use. I know this because I had a problem with it as my apartment in PA was eligible but my billing address connected to my credit card was still in SC. Luckily it only took 24 hours for Discover to change my billing address.

it does not have to match the address, it only has to match zip codes. You couldn't do it because you said your address was in pa, and card is sc. If you have an apartment building in the same zip code as your billing zipcode, it'll work.

What if I'm good now but plan on moving in a month? Does it matter or does it read like ip addresses and stuff?

If you're paid in full you can go anywhere now and log in, if you're doing the monthly payments I would advise not changing your billing info.

If you're a student or know a student you only need their name, school and birthday to sign up for it. No clue if they cross check with the name on the credit card. Grad school works as I just got mine and I've heard people being out of school for over a year still were able to sign up.

I just signed up for Sunday Ticket today. My cost is less than $1 per season.

My full Directv monthly cost with all the premium channels is about $1 a month.

But then I'm in Latin America where economics are often ass-backward.

the students I believe get access to it anyway they want, and it's most major 4 year schools. All your big state schools for sure work. But there is a list.
