It's time to start getting Swole on the field

So a few games a year, we seem to see Olsen completely nullified because he has to stay in to block the whole game.  We saw it yesterday.  Why OH WHY, Mr. Shula, can't we go back to the 2 TE sets...

Brandon Williams sucks. He's a freak physical specimen, that's it. He can't run routes or catch the ball and he whiffs on blocks or gets lost and doesn't know his assignment...

What sample size of B. Williams do you have that the coaching staff doesn't? Where are your facts to support this high level of suck he brings to the table.? All the OP wants is for the team to give a guy they clearly somewhat believe in a chance. Are you happy with our offense the way it is? What is your solution based on our current roster?

I think what Williams has become is the next Gary Barnidge.

Every fanbase has fans who fall in love with backups.  Ours seem to go for backup tight ends.

They love the back-up offensive coordinator even more

Simple minds only understand simple solutions and there are no simple solutions in the NFL

(AP) — It had been a while since the Carolina Hurricanes had finished practice, with players coming and going from the locker room. Yet Logan Stankoven was still on the ice, leaving a crowd of reporters patiently waiting at his locker. Such is the dynamic for the 23-year-old as the Eastern Conference's top seed heads into Round 2 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs to face the Philadelphia Flyers. Stankoven has been rolling at nearly a point-per-game pace going back to mid-March, including scoring in every game of Carolina's first-round sweep of Ottawa. Beyond the immediacy of that spotlight, though, is the other piece of Stankoven's story: the Hurricanes are betting he can keep growing into the role as second-line center, coming after spending multiple seasons searching for an answer there.
