Fayetteville Observer is reporting the owner of the banner is "reporting a theft to the police"...

That policy was a result of my writing the Panthers a letter back in 2010.  Nice to see when its enforced!!   Thank you Cam.

I bet tree fiddy that tomorrow on espn this is going to be plastered over and over again as a statement for the media when they ask about the charge. I also bet a parlay that the banner will also be available at BoA or shipped free of charge to the AssPacker fan tomorrow
