Great story. We don't know how lucky we are to have players like Luke, TD , Olsen, Cam, & Kalil. Just to name a few.

High character players on and off the field.

It's crazy our nicest players off the field are the ones on the field that will hit you (legally)until they break your will to play.

Very rare to have a guy with this much talent who is so humble and has such a good heart... I've interacted with Luke on numerous occasions and he's absolutely the real deal. My 9 year old daughter wears a brace for scoliosis and asked Luke to sign it (to make her feel better about having to wear it 12 hours a day). He signed it and spent time talking to her about the brace, her condition and some of his injuries and the challenges he's faced. This meant the world to her and immediately changed her perspective on the brace, there are no words for how much I appreciate what he did that day.

There were no cameras, just Luke being Luke.

I think there is a balance between being humble about your charity work and using it to publicly inspire others. Despite Cam's high profile many of his good deeds are unreported or get out on Facebook from the families involved.

Thomas Davis got me to start donating to toys for tots and coat drives for kids. Listening to his story growing up poor inspired me. So it's not just about promoting themselves.

Luke is a really solid down to earth guy.  I got to meet him on the fan cruise, and he was every bit the way he is portrayed here. Called my wife and I by our first names every time he saw us on the cruise Took all the time he could to talk to every single person.  Also it was very clear he and Thomas Davis are really close off the field, the way he talked about Thomas it was like Thomas was his older brother.  The other players on the cruise really respected him too.

I could not be more proud to have this guy on our team, even if he weren't a future Hall of Famer.  He is a good human being no matter what.

    • Two things: 1. Dr. Eric Eager is central to the draft process 2. I know that it was edited, but we didn't hear "Thieneman" one time, not even before the Vikings pick.
    • Why would he sign here as a guard when surely someone would sign him as a tackle?  Assuming he is healthy
    • Went back to watching the highlights. With a sober mind haha. Here is what I saw.    freddie needs to make 1 of those but the rest aren’t on him.    Slavin was BBBBAAAD again last night. Not sure what is going on with these game one Slavin gafs.    miller was ok but had his worst game in the playoffs so far.    nikishin was no good. His his awful turnover led to the first goal at the end of the first period that just can’t happen. ghost was beat like a drum multiple times last night, including the go-ahead goal at the end jarivs wont shoot. He is either hurt or he is struggling mentally and I think it could be a combination of both. He passed up a wide open net on the power-play only to pass it to no one and cleared it himself.     Svech played well. He is getting zero help on that line.    aho. Worst game as a pro. I mean that. He won’t shoot it, passes go to no one and turns it over repeatedly.  He did exactly what they did against Montreal game one when Miller had a turnover. Aho left his man to go help and left the golden Knight player wide open in front of Freddie.  If I was Rod, you Tell Aho when that thing hits your stick you fire it  someone needs to sit him down just him in a room and ask what’s going on. He seems soft, timid and has zero fire.   canes could have won that game   There isn’t a gap between these two teams  they are dead even   Carter Hart’s gonna get lit up in this series. We can beat that guy. the consensus last night was our defense played horrible and our stars won’t score.  clean the defense up. Tell the top line to shoot it everything and we’ll win tomorrow night.   Possibly convincingly.
