Unnamed sources claim Panthers directed slurs at OBJ

Was watching Mike and Mike this morning and Chris Carter said he can confirm that Panthers players did in fact direct homophobic slurs at Beckham and that they threatened to end his career. He provided no sourcing  for this information however. The only specific he would give is that they called him a "ballerina." 

As many cameras and mics as there are on the sideline of these games, if someone was running around yelling these things, someone would have caught it. Give it a couple of days, if no videos comes out, then it didn't happen.

even if they did direct homophobic slurs at beckham, that's not illegal..poor taste?  probably.  but i'm sure much worse thing are said on a football field..beckham and the giants are doing everything they can to direct negative attention on carolina to take some of the pressure off beckham..but in the end nothing excuses his actions..he played like a dirty bitch child on sunday and could have seriously injured norman on that spear to his head..the suspension is warranted!

only could Carolina call some one a "ballerina" and it become a story.

Flaggate, dancegate, batgate, ballerinagate....LOL.  You couldn't make this stuff up and anyone believe it be true.

The only way I buy "ending his career" is if it came after the assault on Norman.  At that point, there was a brief scuffle of sorts and I wouldn't be surprised if someone threatened to end him or something for that action. I can't imagine that BEFORE THE GAME, these guys said anything like that.
